Nicole and her staff were very caring and compassionate with our cat Emma even though she was very noisy. Unfortunately she lost her battle with kidney disease today and was put to sleep by locum Becky who was also very caring and compassionate and allowed us to stay with Emma until the end. We received an excellent service from every member of staff we came in contact with for 10 years. They are all so friendly, efficient and helpful. Can thoroughly recommend them.

We had just moved to the area and our dog was not registered yet, I rang first thing Monady morning to a very helpful lady who said to come straightaway as our lovely Jess was really ill. Unfortunatley she had to be put ton sleep, which was carried out with care. A few days later a lovely card was sent to our home. Thank you to the whole team xx

I can’t understand there bad reviews I have been going there for ages my dog doesn’t like other people yet she is fine with them they are always there to help and can ring them when ever for help. I stopped seeing a vet and only would see the nurses because in my opinion they are better but never have had a problem

My puppy came in for a spading on Monday in which following procedure I had very good support from the student nurses and vet(Bruno was amazing) for the first 2 days. I felt I was able to call for support anytime when required during opening hours.

This is the most unfriendliness place I have ever used and very unhelpful to those who have disabilities. It's disgusting the way you get treated and I'm not the first and probably won't be last
Vet ResponseI am disappointed to read this review and have never had similar complaints. Our front door has a step and we have purchased a wheelchair ramp for this, which is being put out by reception colleagues whenever needed and we will assist clients to enter the building whenever necessary. We also have a hearing aid loop installed at reception and colleagues are providing large print information when required. In order to investigate what happened during your visit, I would be grateful if you could email the practice direct and provide me with your name, your pet's name, names of the colleagues involved- if you can- and the date and time of your visit as well as a summary of what happened. Our aim is to help every client to feel relaxed and reassured during their visit and to ensure all clients are fully aware of their pet's treatment options.

We needed to bring our 17 year old cat Jupiter in to be euthanized. All the staff were extremely kind to both myself and my husband. Their method was so much more kind then the last cat we took to another vets for the same process some years ago. We cannot thank the vet in attendance and all the staff enough for their kindness. Thank you.
