Thank you very much for such a great review. Our whole team are delighted with fantastic feedback.

We had to say goodnight to Twinkle, our 17 year old family member yesterday. We were all treated so compassionately and they cared for Twinkle as if he was their own. The staff couldn't do enough for us and nothing was too much bother. They made a very difficult time a little easier. We would like to thank them from the bottom of our hearts and would urge anyone, whatever you are faced with, to go and see this wonderful team, thank you. Will post full review when medical attention complete and full factual chronology available. Also the only vet of claim to include two vet practices and two hospitals to charge administration fee for completion of insurance document.....speaks volumes and added insult to injury!!!!

Vet Response

This patient was given treatment for the symptoms with which it presented. Unfortunately it did not respond well to this and required further emergency treatment during the night. We offered to see the patient for a follow up visit the next day at a time that suited the client but the client declined this and elected to take her dog to another clinic. It has always been our policy to charge an administration fee for insurance claim processing as this requires significant Veterinary Surgeon time to ensure accurate completion of the forms, creating and printing out itemised invoices with the relevant clinical history to ensure the insurance companies have all of the information they require to deal with the claim. We also post all completed claims on behalf of our clients.

Having been a client since this vet opened, I thought it was about time that I gave it a review. I have recommended this vet to family and friends. I have always received exemplary care for my pets Whether it be the budgie (who is sadly no longer with us) or my cat, who is the reason for my frequent visits as she is getting on a bit. On every visit my pet and I were treated excellently, all my questions were answered and I was given expert advice by the caring professional staff, I have always felt that my pet was just as important to them as she is to me, their main concern is the welfare of your pet. I would definitely recommend this vet practice. Special mention to Chris

We sadly had to put our dog Buster to sleep. Thankfully the vet was opened on a Sunday, which meant we were not having to deal with strangers. The staff allowed us to come in through the back doors and straight into the room, Catherine the receptionist was so kind in letting us do this. Gemma the nurse and Chris the vet explained everything to us. We had a blanket on the floor and we lay cuddling Buster to the very end! Gemma and Chris were also on the floor which I feel was so special! We cannot thank you enough for making this so peaceful for Buster!

I would like to thank all of the staff at vets for pets for their care and support during my cat Bobo's ill health and untimely death. Over the course of a month his health deteriorated and he required repeated visits to the vet during this time. Each time we visited I knew he was in safe hands and would get a great standard of care. Sadly we were unable to return him to good health and we had to take the difficult decision to put him to sleep, the compassion and genuine remorse shown by the vet, Katy Brown, made a horrible time a little easier. We recently received a card from all the team at the Bishopbriggs store passing on their condolences, a lovely touch that brought a tear to my eye.

The time came when we had to do what was best for our lovely Boxer, Oscar, however we had not been impressed with the practices we had used si centre moving to the area last April. When I contacted Vets pets as a new customer the help and support I received was second to none. Seriously I cannot recommend them highly enough. There was no pressure, no rushing, just a caring service provided by lovely people. They chatted away with us and Oscar as he slipped away as if we had known them for ever. So kind and we were so thankful.

I can not fault this practice at all. Both the clerical staff and vets provide a great service with nothing being too much bother to them. I feel they take great care of my two dogs and will continue to use them throughout my pets life. I feel that some treatments are a little expensive, however, I have both dogs on the health plan which I consider great value for money.
