Friendly, respectful and thorough. The ideal qualities expected from a competent vet. Having taken my two cats for their Annual health assessment and Vaccinations, the vet made every effort to ensure that they were calmed and comfortable, during what could easily have been a stressful situation. My cats received their boosters and a thorough check up. Their vaccination record cards were updated, and the cats expertly returned to their carry boxes. Having previously signed up for the Vets4Pets Vac4Life scheme, the whole procedure was covered, with nothing more to pay. Even my inane barrage of questions did nothing to phase the vet. The entire experience was undertaken with genuine care and consideration. I would recommend their services to every pet owner. January 2017

Saw a very helpful vet regarding my dogs problem, was given a bill of over £100 ( including a painkiller Injection although he did not wimper in pain which then he had a reaction to). Was told by the vet he needed to Be seen after the weekend. Returned for my appointment, he was checked over and I was told he was fine After which the vet asked if he was fleaed and wormed ( irrelevant to why I was there) and then decided my dog had tartar on his teeth ( again irrelevant) . Seemed very much as though they were looking for more money. This took all in around 3-5 minutes and I was then charged another £28. I felt very much as though I was being ripped off for more cash. Not sure that's the kind of vet practise I would want to use in the future.

Vets have there own carpark but the staff are now parking in side streets causing traffic and street parking problems in the area ..they dont even park in there own carpark how strange yet they fine you if you park in there now empty carpark ..this is not helping you go to tescos or othere stores if they have blocked the side streets them selfes .

There are many public roads surrounding the practice and there is plenty of spaces for everyone, and as they are public roads and not private anyone can park there-our staff included. I can assure you that our staff parking in the roads is not causing the problems you claim. If Tesco and Subway customers did park in the side streets and NOT in our private car park, then there would be no need to implement the parking system we currently have. We are pleased that you have noticed how empty our car park is-this is good news as this means that our clients have full use of the car park now-as they always should've had. Client feedback has indicated that the new car park system is working as a lot of our clients are commenting on how easy it is to park now. Thanks again for taking such an avid interest in our car park. All feedback is always welcome.

Vets 4 Pets , must have the smallest most cramped surgery there is . The waiting room is tiny , with the pet weighing scales by the main door and literally right outside a treatment room . Not a happy experience for pets or owners , and the car park with its limited space is controlled by Premier Park
Vet ResponseUnfortunately, we are unable to extend our waiting area due to the layout of the building, but if this changes in the future we will certainly consider having a revamp now we know it's such a big issue for you. In regards to the car park, if you are coming in here during our opening times then you should find that it is easier to park now thanks to our new car parking system. We are pleased to note that you have no issues with how we treat you or your pets. Thanks for taking the time to let us know your concerns. I would recommend this vet to anyone. The staff are all wonderful, they really care and their practice is really professional but still so friendly. You can be sure your pet is in safe hands.

yesterday my boys went into Vets for Pets at Bitterne to be neutered all of the staff were so caring and understanding to both my cats and myself the lady, Serita, who cared for my cats was wonderful and had all the time I needed for me as well and this morning they have taken the time to call me and check how the boys are that is true caring Thank you all so much.
