I can’t not praise this vets enough I accidentally cut my dog lady’s nail to short and it was bleeding quit badly I phoned them 5 minutes before they were going to shut and they waited patiently for me and lady to arrive even though they were closing they stayed open to help her they could of easily said we are about to shut and tried sending me to another vet but no they didn’t they waited for us! she can be very nervous at the vets but they kept her at ease cleaned her nail so it didn’t get infected and applied the stuff to stop the bleeding. Seen as though they were closing the vets was clean and tidy ready for them to go home and then I arrive and my lady got blood all over the floors and hair as she is malting at the moment they would of also had to stay longer to clean up the mess they didn’t even charge me. That is what you call an outstanding vets that we’re only interested in helping my girl I can not thank or praise them enough! Thank you so much pet vet I can not thank you enough for your help and deadication well and truly outstanding people! Will coming back in the future for my lady to have her nails cut and anything else that she needs! Thank you again from me and lady!

These people are like my second family. They have been with me through tears and smiles and are never too busy to say hi to me and whoever I've brought in. Over this last year We've gone through pretty traumatic visits and I wouldn't have wanted anybody else to be with at those times. They're my furbabies aunties and uncles...:-)

Been coming here since Bruce was a puppy and every time we are received with friendly faces who are amazing good with our Labrador Bruce. Tried other places with our cats in the past but always felt ripped off. Here it's all about the animals.

I can't thank Andrew and his staff enough for the care he gave to our toy poodle, we had changed vets and as an owner I was very apprehensive going to this practice, but from the moment we entered vets4pets at Bitterne, I knew we had made the right choice. Everyone is so kind and Andrew took time to talk things through with me. So pleased my four toy poodles are registered with them.

This practice and everyone who works within it are extremely kind and caring. Have used other vets before this one opened, it's like 1 in 1 out, nothing personal at all. I walk into this one and they know me and my pet by name before I say anything, they are all brilliant at what they do!

Really great service. Andrew the vet, was fantastic with our house rabbits. He was really rabbit savvy, even our rabbits seemed relaxed with him. The practise was clean and well kept. The receptionist was friendly, efficient and helpful. We will certainly use them again

I have been registered with Andrew and the team for several years, and have used their services a lot as my female lurcher has a lot of joint and movement problems in her old age, they were always friendly to both myself and my dog who was a nervous ex stray, Andrew and the team did all in their power to keep her comfortable and give options on treatment, and when she eventually lost her battle they were helpful and friendly and very understanding. They have continued there helpful and friendly treatment of my other two dogs. The reception staff are all super friendly and always happy to chat and a joke with people waiting to be seen. I have found the new car parking control system is a great improvement, prior to this when trying to get a very sick dog with problems moving to the vets when the carpark was always full of people in Tesco or Subway was a nightmare, so thanks for taking the step to install the parking system. The waiting area is small and can get crowded at times which can be interesting if you get over friendly or grumpy pets, however that is really a problem of the success of the practice with it being so busy most of the time, and limitations of the building. I have always found the team to be fair on charging and often don't charge for follow up appointments, they usually also warn and discuss the medication and treatment options and associated costs with me before deciding on the way forward which is always appreciated. I have recommended Andrew and the staff many times and will continue to do so.
