My rabbit went into stasis which is life threatening and needs to be treated urgently. I telephoned the practice for an appointment and the very helpful receptionist told me to bring her in immediately and she was seen straight away. She was given treatment and they gave me advice on how to deal with her, etc. Both the vets who saw her on our visits, Natasha and Nikki were brilliant and the receptionists were very helpful and kind and we can thank them enough. Every time we visit the practice, whether it’s for poorly bunnies, their vaccinations or their nail clipping, the whole team are always brilliant!

I recently brought one of our rabbits in who was very poorly, he was seen as an emergency case because he wasn't breathing well and couldn't move, the vet on hand was professional, sympathetic and tried as much as she could to help but he was too ill. She was kind and understanding and explained all the things she had to do before giving good advise. This isn't the first time I have used this vet practice and I am always please with how my pets and I am dealt with. Even when I brought in one of our ducks on a Sunday morning who had been bitten by something! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this vet practice.

Our baby(cat) had to have some teeth out. Having had a number out before we were a little nervous as she is now 13. We needn't have worried, the vet Rhian-Mai, was so friendly, helpful, informative and professional, that from our point of view our first experience of our new vets was relatively stress free ( I'm not so sure Livvy quite saw it that way).We moved to the area about a year ago and we are so pleased to have got our choice correct. Thank you to all the staff who were also really good.

Our beautiful dog Lottie was involved in a road accident and unfortunately we lost her :( she was only 4. I have to say that the empathy of the staff at the Bridgwater Practice was outstanding. It was such a shock for us and they dealt with the incident fantastically. The kindness and understanding that they showed towards my whole family was first class, and when we went to pick her up to bring her home, again it was above and beyond anything I could have imagined. The hand written card, flower seeds, a cutting of her fur and the memorial box she came home in was just lovely. Thank you so much and it was reassuring and comforting to know that she was in such safe and caring hands until she came home. Xxx

We were on Holiday in Somerset and we brought our Lacey to see Johan as she had facial swelling. Johan diagnosed a problem with her tooth and prescribed antibiotics and pain relief. He was very knowledgable and caring. Upon our return home we contacted our vets , vets for Pets in Loughton Essex. Yesterday Lacey had the tooth extracted and is so much better. Highly recommend Johan at the Bridgewater Branch. We were fitted in as emergency there on the day and did not wait to long for Lacey to be seen Thank you

My dog, Bazzle, has recently had surgery after having an x-ray with Johan. I cannot explain how outstanding I have found their support and treatment for my dog, considering how nervous he can be. He is already recovering so well, I cannot thank them enough.
