I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else since finding vet4pets Byfleet. The reception you get as you come up the stairs is second to none, the detail of the exam and how friendly all the Vets and nurses are with the animals is amazing and reassuring. They go out of their way to help you and your pet and it it just a great experience from start to finish!

I really enjoyed my visit to vets4pets Byfleet. I saw Steve to admit Roz for her spay and pre-op exam. He was very gentle, and interacted with her as if she were his own. At the discharge they were very clear as to what I was to do, and even provided detailed written instructions. They also pointed out a small wound away from the op site and gave me advice on how to monitor it. I was very impressed with how thorough they were. As for the practice itself, it was clean and tidy. There was a lot of information available, but it didn't look cluttered. It also lacked that horrible antiseptic smell you can sometimes get in places like these.

I recently had to say goodbye to one of my best friends Rielly, a cheeky and absolutely lovable basset hound. Rielly’s health started to deteriorate and we found out that her kidneys were failing. The Byfleet team did everything in their power to help Rielly, giving her the best care and keeping me updated. I am hugely thankful for the care, time and love that was given to Rielly and I. Once we made the decision to let Rielly go, the Team were supportive, understanding and helped make Rielly comfortable and enabled us to say goodbye. They were a shoulder to cry on and made a difficult time and process easier to manage. Helen, Steve and the team at Vets2Pets Byfleet are a star team who go above and beyond to look after my pets and understand that they are part of my family.

I have taken my elderly boy sprout a jack Russel to see Helen and Steve a few times now and have always been impressed by there friendliness professionalism. That also goes to the lady on reception who was friendly and wanted to say hello to my boy . I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody that needed there services . He's due to see head vet nurse Helen again later this week for laser therapy to hopefully help him with his stiff joints on his legs .
