Very pleased with the professionalism shown by all members of staff. Always very polite and friendly. There is a male receptionist in Caerphilly, sorry I can't remember his name but he has been very knowledgeable and friendly. Will certainly be taking my two dogs there again.

The team in Caerphilly have been fantastic with my cats. From Franco's cleft palate, to Barney and his problems I can honestly say the entire staff have been super. Vets are excellent, and I would thoroughly recommend them!

During a difficult time we had to take our pet to be put to sleep. If it wasn't for the support we received during that difficult emotional time it would have been unbearable. He was very respectful and caring to our loved pet. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for you care with benji

The wonderful staff at Caerphilly branch saved my Cavaliers life. He had been taken for a long walk by a relative and could not cool himself by panting. It was not a sunny day and not too warm so we thought it would be ok. Our Cav collapsed when he got back and we rushed him to the vet. Their quick action and care saved his life and we will be forever grateful.

My Mum & I have been bringing our dog Toby to this practice for the last 3 years and we can't recommend it highly enough. Everyone there is very friendly & welcoming and it is obvious that they genuinely care about & love animals. Both Kamila & Maciej are excellent vets in our experience - very professional, very caring and they have always looked after Toby really well. Maciej removed a pre-cancerous lump from Toby’s back 2 years ago and took him off harmful medication prescribed by a previous vet, both of which we were very grateful for. For the last year Kamila has been seeing him very frequently for a chronic ear condition and can only say what a lovely person she is as well as being so very good at her job - always smiling, friendly & kind and with the patience of a saint! The nurses and receptionists are all lovely too. So all in all we very much feel that everyone at the practice has Toby's best interests at heart and he is in very good hands there.

The vet saw our cat very promptly, removed tick and checked the cat over. Weight and teeth. No other problems were found. The price for the service was most appropriate. Altogether a pleasant experience.
