Thanks, everyone. We lost our beloved honey yesterday. Everyone was so kind. But today I phoned just to see where honey was, and a lovely lady Jeanette (sorry if I spelt it wrong) put me at ease about where she was resting . And is going out of her way to bring back her ashes, so that we can scatter them on my late mother’s Birthday. It means so much. Thank you all❤️❤️❤️

They squeezed our dog Buster In despite being fully booked on Sunday 18th. Both women on reception were incredibly friendly and put us at ease as we waited. The vet, Lily, was brilliant. Buster wasn’t very well, she handled him with care and compassion whilst giving us a lot of great advice. Will always take Buster here in future.

Been bringing my cat to this practice for over 2 and a half years have had excellent service up til now,changing their policy so you have to pay upfront for your pets needs then claiming on your insurance after I think is not a good idea,if majority of us pet owners could afford outright vets fees we wouldn’t have our insurance,so aggrieved at this decision I am questioning keeping my cat there
Vet ResponseOver the past year we have been having ongoing problems receiving money back from insurance companies and are spending more and more time chasing them by phone, email and post to get direct claims settled. It is also becoming increasingly difficult speaking directly to insurance companies about client policies due to GDPR regulations. Because of this we have had to make the decision to stop direct claims for smaller amounts such as for ongoing medications and consultations. We sent letters to clients regarding this in April 2018 so that they had time to discuss any concerns they had about this with ourselves. We will still provide direct claims for amounts that will exceed £300, and we will continue to send claim forms on behalf of clients as often as they wish them to be processed, to ensure that money is received back to the client in a timely manner.

I have known Rhian Bullock since September 2016 and she has looked after my French Bulldog with such professionalism, dedication and compassion. I would recommend this practice to anyone seeking peace of mind for their beloved pets.
