I've been Paul and his lovely practice on one off for many years when I’ve not been living abroad . He and his brilliant team have always looked after my dogs with love and compassion, I never feel rushed and he always try to get to the bottom of many complex problems with my dogs. I would highly recommend Pets4vets.

I have used this surgery for the past two years since having my mini rex rabbit Miya. Last year Miya stopped eating and pooing and became unwell very quickly (literally within hours). I phoned the surgery first thing in the morning and was told that they didn't have any appointments free as such but the receptionist said I could take Miya in and a vet would see her in between other patients. I took Miya straight in and saw Paul. Paul diagnosed the problem and acted quickly to treat Miya and prescribed medication for me to give her at home. The next day I received a phone call from one of the nurses asking how Miya was and I was given further advice and reassurance over the phone. Miya recovered over the following days and I took her back to the surgery and saw another friendly competent female vet who checked Miya had recovered ok which she had. Ive also had Miya spayed at the surgery and she recovered well and Miya has had all her vaccinations at the surgery - again no problems. Recentley I took Miya to see Paul for some advice regarding a minor issue. I find Paul and the rest of the team professional, competent and friendly and I intend for Miya to be looked after by this practice for years to come.

I have both my cats with this vets sammy a male who is almost 2 and violet who is almost 1 and femail, we have monthly visits or ever few months staff are always really friendly and polite also very respectful, iv had both cats nurtured here and both surgerys went really well, they recovered very quickly and all checks are carried out very well defo recommend

I was given an appointment for my poorly Spaniel straight away on a Sunday morning when my vet wasn't open. The vet and staff were very friendly and professional. The reception staff was especially helpful with getting all the paperwork done for my claim with the insurance company. Many thanks to the team, Freddie's tip-top and tail wagging again!

Having used this practice for my 3 rabbits for over 3 years it dismays to say I won't be again. Called the vets 3 times in the space of 15 minutes to simply book my rabbit in for his yearly booster vaccination . 3 times I was advised to hold the line. The first time I gave up after just over 5 minutes. The 3rd time after again being requested to hold I advised the lady taking my call I wouldn't be doing so and reasoned why. She explained that the surgery was extremely busy and that she was the only person manning reception. I rang between 4.50 pm and 5.10 pm. She then advised me that she had "permission "from a client she was currently engaged with to book my rabbit in Really? So when it's busy no one can book animals in too see the vet unless permission is obtained from the clientele currently in the practice being served. I do sympathise with the receptionist as to being busy. But not being able to book someone in wanting to give them their business without the permission or say so from members of the public is poor to say the least. Unacceptable. In dealing in the past with the actual vets I have been most happy with them in the past. But you have to ask if they can't even manage to book your pet in then you have to ask how your pet will be looked after and cared for. Hence it's off to new vets for me Great shame
