This practice is friendly and professional. Well trained and approachable staff lead to confident customets. I would not take my pets anywhere else.

I have been taking my dog to vets for pets for a number of years. She developed a lump on her leg which I kept asking the vet to check.( never saw the same vet twice). I have just recently taken her for her yearly booster only to be told the lump is a cancer...fuming is an understatement.

I recently changed my vets to vets for pets at wheatley and i have to say they have been fantastic. My 11 yr old gsd had been suffering with his back legs but we wanted to give him every chance to live until it became time he looked like he was suffering we didnt seem to get much compassion from our previous vets so we re registered him here. We wasnt able to get our boy to the surgery but we went in a spoke with Di on reception about how we wanted dukes end of life to be. She was amazing caring and compassionate. When the dreaded day come we rang Di and she made all the arrangements quickly. The vets came to our home and they were so good with us all they gave us time to say goodbye to our old friend and they seemed to genuinely care. Our boy went quickly and peacefully at home just how we wanted him to i will be eternaly greatful to these people for how they dealt with my boy. They was fantastic. Sincere thanks to vets 4 pets.

I tried calling the vets this morning in the hopes of getting my Cat spayed and my kitten it's first jabs but the receptionist hung the phone up on me when I enquired about it. Very rude. I have invested in this practice as my male cat (Django) has been neutered here and he and my female (Lou) have had all their jabs done and even been chipped here but due to the rude receptionist I will be taking my cats elsewhere.

Vet Response

We sincerely apologise if you felt our receptionist has put the phone down on you today but we have been experiencing issues with our telephone lines and currently this is being reviewed by out I.T department.

From vaccinations to emergency treatment my cats and dogs are the very best hands. All of the vets and nurses are kind and knowledgeable. They always make time to discuss my concerns whatever the problem. Rebbeca & Natasha are in particular outstanding in every way. A big thank you to both the Wheatley & Edenthorpe staff for doing a wonderful job.
