Very impressed with the way the vets handle our cats and gain their confidence. We never feel rushed during a consultation and our pets are treated with kindness and respect which is so important to owners. Our vet discovered a heart murmur in one of our cats and took lots of time to explain the implications. He seemed to genuinely like our cats even though he must see hundreds! We feel confident that our cats will receive excellent care here.

I have been with this vets since I got my first dog 2.5 years ago. They have been amazing and have helped us through some very difficult times with my girl. Their fast diagnosis of pyometra saved her life. Since surgery she has been wary of the vets, but theirpatience, personal touches and the time they take to ensure she is comfortable prior to examination is amazing. They make sure you understand what they are doing, why and giving you informed choices. I would never use a different vets practice.

I had a complaint regarding this branch that turned out to be a misunderstanding on my part and a miscommunication on theirs. However I received a call from Michael almost immediately after receiving feedback and everything was set straight in a customer friendly manner. I would recommend this vet practice as they do care about pets and their owners and are very honest with treatment needed and risks etc. in order to let the pet owner make their own decision.

A few weeks ago I took my minituare dwarf rabbit in for her first vaccination. From the phone call registering Hermione right through to paying for the appointment, everyone was so helpful and kind. There's a quiet corner for cats and small animals, which was good for my nervous rabbit on the day of the appointment, as there were a couple of dogs in the waiting room. The vet was so lovely and gave hermione a good check over and offered me lots of advice and tips. Everyone at the surgery were really warm and welcoming. Couldn't have asked for a nicer experience for hermione's first trip to the vets! Thank you :)

I recently had to have my cat Basil put to sleep as he had become ill, he was 20 years old, the staff at this vet were extremely kind and concederate to me and Basil, I was uncontrolably crying and they were great I then had to have Buster my other cat put to sleep who was also 20 year old 6 weeks later,I could'nt of wished for better people to help me through this awful time and then they sent me a letter hand written from micheal saying how sorry he was that I had lost both my cats so quickley ! what a lovely thing to do!!! I cryed when I recieved it and am still crying alot now as I miss both my cats so much but" thank you" all the staff and vets4pets you are brilliant :)
