was our first visit to this practice for rosies booster vacs the vet could not have been more friendly she even got on the floor with her on her level she carried out the examination as she made a fuss of her and carried out the vaccination without her knowing then offered a better vaccine than my old vet with out charge . a very good service and very friendly.

Our boy Charlie Palmer was one of the best things that had ever happened to us. we rescued him from an abuse owner just 4 years ago when he was a year old. We were cat lovers and did not feel the dog love thing at all until he bombed us the second he walked through the door. He was only here one night and we were sold and fell in love. So so sad and unfair that at just 5 years old, a young dog really, he was diagnosed with not only a grade 5 heart murmur but he developed a very aggressive tumor on his brain. In 5 short week's he was diagnosed and we had lost him. Through every stage we had very close contact with the team at Vets4pets, be it a very emotional telephone call or a very worrying visit wondering what was about to happen next. I can honestly say that we were treated so so well. We were guided step by step and given the very best care and attention and that,s only to us his family. Charlie was given the best care a dog can have. The team were gentle, soothing and did all they could at every stage. When Charlie's final day came, the devastation cannot be explained but we were lucky to have Helen to send him off, we had related to her very well since day one, My son has Aspergers and I have dyslexia that causes a multitude of problems when I'm under stress including taking in vital information and keeping anxiety under control, don't get me wrong all of the staff were fantastic but somehow Helen stood out to us because she had been the primary all along and seemed to keep us both level -headed. The day we gave him his last cuddles Helen was absolutely amazing, it was like she had been watching how we had coped with each stage of Charlie's illness as closely as she had watched him. She knew what to say, how to say it and when, She took complete control of us and Charlie in such a wonderful way, She too will stay in our hearts forever. We miss him every minute of every day, our hearts are broken and our home is empty but we know that if we didnt have the care and support from the wonderful staff at vets4pets we would be feeling so much worse. Thank you all so so much. Gillian,Michael & Kerryn. Sleep in heavenly peace Charlie Palmer. xxx

We have used the surgery for approx 9 months. Our previous vet did not give the level of care and attention that we get from v4p. I thoroughly recommend them and thanks for caring about my dog.....he loves you all

Vets for Pets staff have shown me and my animals the greatest respect whenever I have used them. My elderly Westie had to undergo serious surgery and Vets for Pets Huntingdon could not have been better. They were over a £1000 cheaper than another vet that quoted for the same operation. I know my animals are well cared for at this practice and it is plain to see all the staff really care about the welfare of all the pets that are brought into them. Their fees are fair and everything is explained to you. Thank you for looking after my old girl so well. Special thanks to Amy who went beyond the call of duty.

I had to bring our dog Harvey to the surgery as an emergency appointment when on holiday at St Ives. We were treated kindly and were advised with sensitivity. Thank you

Lovely team of vets and nurses that have looked after and gone beyond the call of duty for my little Jack Russell Jazz. A welcoming smile from the receptionists also makes me feel at ease. Would highly recommend them to anyone

Vet Sandy is amazing! She cares so much for animals and understands every animal is different. She has treating my cat for an ongoing problem recently, and is brilliant every time we go in there. She has given spurs an alternative option to the best treatment (cleaning the wound every time he comes inside as oppose to keeping him inside, as he became distressed when I tried to keep him inside). The actual vet surgery itself is lovely! With a separate cat and dog area, which smells clean, but not overpowered with the chemical odour of disinfectant. Furthermore, the receptionist was able to watch my cat for me while I had to go and get him a new cat basket as his broke on the way to the vets on that trip. I would recommend them to any one, particularly if Sandy is the vet treating your animal.
