I would recommend any one to this great team, they showed compassion to me at a stressful and upsetting time and kindness to Evie. Words cannot say enough, superb practise.

My dog wally is very ill and due to these circumstances has had to go to the vets daily and have have his bladder drained. We have consistently been overwhelmed with the love and care that has been provided for wally by all staff, including the veterinary team and also the reception staff. Beatriz who has been main caregiver for wally has never given up hope and constantly made us feel hopeful ourselves. She has tried everything in the book and regardless to what procedures wally has, he still looks at her with great trust. We couldn't be more happy with everything this establishment has done for us. Thankyou all.

The service we received when our dear little cat had to be put to sleep was excellent. From the nice lady on reception who quickly whisked us into a consultation room to dear Beatrice who we left our cat with. Nobody may never need to be afraid if they have to do this. They are wonderful people here kind and caring at very sad times. But knowing after 14 years the final person they are with makes such a difference when you leave them for the last time. Cannot say thankyou enough . Julie and Gemma x

What a great job from start to finish. shocked to find my poor Maggie depressed and limping but one phone call later and off to the vets. The vet found the problem straight away (been bitten on the leg) fully checked and given medication and guidance. 5days later back and got the all clear can not thank the vet enough she was wonderful with Maggie and put me at ease as well so Maggie is back to chasing her shadow

Don't be put off because it's in a store - these guys really care and are totally committed to their job. From the lady at the desk, to the nurses and the vets. themselves, there is a friendly professionalism that earned our respect from day one. The fact that we could get our Border Terrier pup vaccinated for life and checked over twice a year for such an amazingly reasonable amount sealed the deal !!

I visited the Kings Lynn practice today for my dogs annual boosters. From stepping foot inside the door of Pets at Home everyone was really friendly. The receptionist was polite and efficient and the vet treated us both in a caring manner. Everyone had time for you and the vet went out of his way to clearly explain the vaccinations. The whole experience couldn't have been better. Will definitely recommend the practice to others. Their Vac4Life program is excellent and although I have vets practices closer to me than Companion care I will happily travel to this practice, but hopefully not too often. Thanks for the great service.

Everyone always very helpful and kind, would never go to another vets, worth the 20ish mile drive to know my animals are well cared for. Thank you everyone.

We took pebbles for a walk round a forest that also crossed farm land ... he loved it and ran through all the muddy puddles but on the way home he started biting his paws and whimpering.. we bathed him but he was still scraping his paws on floor so I rang companion care vets to ask what to do and they said bring him in which meant the vet had to stay past closing time but they were brilliant and reassuring and knew what to do ... cant praise you all highly enough for your professionalism and dedication to animals AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA+++++++++++++

The nurses are amazing with my dog poppy and bea the vet assisted us out to the car with our dog poppy. The staff are always helpful. Nothing seems too much trouble. Have recommended to all the family.
