I want to say a very big thank you to the staff at vets 4 pets for fitting my dog in at short notice she had poorly ears and my normal vets was unable to help me. To say the least I have now changed my vets to Vets 4 Pets as they are very friendly and explain all medications and how to use them on my dog. Nothing was too much trouble for them when I was not sure on something they simple explained with no problem and was happy toogo over anything else if I was not sure. My dog enjoyed all the fusses of everyone there too as they all loved animals as that’s the way it should be also. I can clearly tell my dog was at ease and would have no problem if needed to attend there again, so thank you Pets 4 Vet’s for caring so much and taking that little bit of extra time to make us both feel we matter.

It was a Sunday & I thought my rabbit was dying. She had her head slightly tilted & her breathing was shallow. Panic struck I tried to find the number for Vet Emergencies on line. Medivet lines were engaged (my usual vets) at all 3 branches? When I found the PDSA number they wanted to know if I was entitled to go to them. It's all to do with who my vets is etc. In the meantime I found a number for 'Pets at Home'& they were open from 11-5pm on Sunday!. I was there at 11am. The vet I saw was brilliant. He was thorough & friendly whilst I shook like a leaf. He also talked to me regarding rabbit worming & why my rabbit sneezed & choked at various times throughout the day. (My own Vet couldn't explain it). I was impressed & grateful. The fee was also more affordable than in the past when on a Sunday I have had to go to the PDSA for treatment & even then the Vet I saw was unfriendly & cared even less. All in all the Vet made this Sunday experience the best I have ever had with any of my rabbits over 25 years & I can't Thank him enough. Mindy & I arrived home, medication in hand & to live another day. So grateful. Julie

On the recommendation of the RSPCA I took a wild pigeon with a badly damaged wing to Vets4Pets in St George's Retail Park in Leicester. The staff were wonderfully welcoming and could not have been more helpful. They accepted the pigeon and kindly phoned me later in the day to let me know the sad news that the bird had had to be put to sleep. This all took place on Bank Holiday Sunday. If I ever have a pet and it needs attention this would be my first choice every time. Thank you so much.
