I rushed my cat in half an hour before closing as she had collapsed. She wasn't registered at the vets but I had other pets registered. They toke her straight in and the vet and assistant even toke her in their own cars to the emergency vets so if she didn't make it they could work on her. She unfortunately didn't make it but they were so caring and sent us a lovely sympathy card and some forget me not seeds. So caring, wonderful staff and feel my pets are in safe hands

I took my rabbit in for being done and they was so welcoming and so lovely to my rabbit and told us everything we needed to know and really looked after my rabbit. It was a lot of money to get my rabbits done but I understand. Overall there amazing

Visited 17/03/18. Cat claws trimmed. Someone suggested I post my annoyance on here, I hadn’t thought of it. I have visited here many times over the years with various pets and have never had any complaints, except the obvious high costs. I do understand that the best way to handle some cats is by the scruff of the neck, however, if the nurse had bothered to ask me to remove my cat from the carrier, I would have, as I normally do, remove the lid and lift him out. He is a big cat and dragging him through the opening of the carrier (the door still intact) by the scruff of the neck is not an easy task, but she managed it! I did not like this procedure!! He does not like going to the vets, but tolerates it and has never bitten or scratched at any of his visits. It took less than 5 mins and cost £16, I expect a little more care or am I asking for too much?
Vet ResponseThank you for your feedback. We always strive to offer the best service possible and treat all the pets with the consideration they deserve. We are sorry that, on this occasion, you were disappointed with your visit to us. We are always keen to learn from any feedback and implement any extra training if necessary. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns further over the telephone.

I rushed my dog Ollie in after he was attacked by a neighbours dog he was bleeding profusley from they eye and he was seen within 5 minutes of arriving he was kept in for a short while so he could be put to sleep while the vet investigated what was causing the bleeding, it turned my little dog had got a detached retina so I was told he could lose the sight of eye, well he has lost the sight of his eye and after 5 weeks of treatment he is now on the road to recovery I just need to get him used to walking back on his lead again. I just cannot put into words what I was going through but with the help of the staff reassuring me and Ollie being the good dog he is is now back to his normal self and pleased to say that he has got his lovely character back and not turned into a nasty dog as I feared he would do. I am grateful that he survived it all as I honestly thought he would die through shock as he is only a little Yorkshire Terrior and it was a Boxer dog that attacked. I have no hesitation in taking Ollie back to them should I need to.
