The whole team were so understanding when our bunny got poorly early on a sunday morning, they called someone to get us in as an emergency, we were not registered..( but we are now

We've tried several Vets to care for our cats before finding Vets4Pets Middlesbrough Cleveland Park. Sophie and Andy are absolutely brilliant with our cats, they both have a real empathy with sick animals and their upset owners; it's obvious they genuinely care. We've never felt so comfortable and confident with other Vets we've visited as we do with Sophie and Andy; we trust them implicitly. To save time, we recently took one of our cats to our closest Vet because she wouldn't stop sneezing, we were convinced she had something stuck in her nose but our local Vet said she had an allergy and prescribed steroids, we weren't happy with this so the next day we went to see Sophie who listened to us, checked our cat's nose and thought she could see something. The next day Sophie and Andy removed an 8cm long blade of grass from the nose under general anaesthetic; our cat made a full recovery and has stopped sneezing. We are so thankful to Sophie and Andy for this and can't recommend them highly enough, they are wonderful people. After this incident we will never go anywhere else. They always give 5 star service.

My dog became very ill after accidently ingesting a toxic amount of ibuprofen! After rushing my dog here, they immediately attended to my dog, fully assessed and commenced life saving treatment whilst all the time updating, reassuring and having the upmost care, professionalism and respect for my dog and family. With huge thanks to these vets, my dog survived!

Have had reason to visit more than once recently, including emergency surgery. All the staff are brilliant - polite, friendly, calm and professional. I honestly can't think of a single thing to improve. Very satisfied customers!
