I’d like to thank everyone at the surgery, especially Paula, for the care, compassion & professionalism shown when our amazing cat Dave was recently put to sleep. It was a devastating decision made easier by Paula’s care & attention, she made Dave comfortable while we held him at the end, then gave us space & time to say our final goodbyes. Thank you.

We have been using Oadby Vets for Pets for many years, initially providing excellent treatment for several rabbits and most recently our dog Millie. Our beautiful Cocker Millie has been with the practice since being a puppy and has received top notch treatment since. Most recently she started to deteriorate and found to have kidney failure requiring her to be put to sleep. This was devastating for us but made more bearable by the professionalism and compassion shown by the staff at the practice. We especially wanted to thank Vet Phoebe, who allowed Millie to go to sleep with calmness and dignity. We appreciated the professional, calm, compassionate advice given towards the end. Thank you. We would like to thank all the staff who have treated our beloved animals over the years. We hope to see you in the future with the next generation of pets. With gratitude.

I've been taking my cat to this surgery since she was a kitten. They have been fabulous throughout her life, I've never had any problem booking an appointment all the staff are caring and knowledgeable the clinics are clean. They offer great service when it comes to health care with a vaccination for life offer and flea and worming. Unfortunately my cat became very seriously ill with csncet and had to be put to sleep. The care and compassion showed by the staff was excellent we were given time and space to say our goodbyes in private. We got a card and some forget me not seeds through the post signed by all the staff such a lovely touch. They treat pets and their owners as individuals I cannot recommend this surgery enough and I thank them for the care we have recivex through out our cats life.

I had to take my beloved pet rabbit to let her rest in peace here today. The staff were so kind and supportive with me. They understand how hard it is to do, give you time and tell you all you need to know before going ahead. Even after my fur baby was 'asleep'

I know all the staff are wonderful and caring! I only had dealing with Michelle Nkrumah and Amrit Kaur Mahal who over the professionalism were so caring and took time to make the emotional exeriance so much easier. Thank you all (Tilly is doing fine)

We have taken our pet, kez here for years, and have always been shown kindness, care and everything has been explained to us. Yes its costly, but when its your pet...needs must. Sadly Kez had to be PTS July 6th, the staff couldn't have been any kinder to us and the care shown towards Kez was exceptional. Thank you

I had to have my dog put down today. It was hardest decision of my life but knew before went in this is what had to do. The vet we saw really understood and was extremely helpful and kind. I would recommend these to anyone as I couldn't have asked for any more from them. So loving and kind to my dog. Thank you

It is rare to find Rabbit savy vets, I'm very pleased to have found a surgery where they understand the importance of acting quickly with a poorly rabbit and that the after care is crucial. I felt that I could call or take him back at a moments notice if I felt he wasnt recovering as he should, some surgeries make rabbit owners feel less important than cat or dog owners, but this wasn't the case here. Many thanks to the team, Skip was back to his bouncy self within a few hours of his op. It would be nice to see more rabbit welfare posters in your surgery though :)
