My cat Kiki is not the best behaved at her vet appointments. The environment petrifies her and she becomes quite aggressive. On today’s visit we had a lovely vet (I think called Arian?) who was amazing. He tried everything to relax Kiki, and allowed her to adjust to her surroundings. Even though his ideas didn’t work so well, he was understanding and thoughtful to what would be best for Kiki, yet getting the job done. The nurse who assisted him was also fab with Kiki. She was able to hold Kiki in position, but in a kind and reassuring way. She also gave some great advice about how we can overcome the fear of the vets by visiting without having treatment done. The visit usually fills both of us with dread, but today’s visit was the best yet and I put that down to the vet and the vet nurse. I know when Kiki has to go to the vets next time, I will be requesting Arian if possible. Satisfied cat mum and Kiki (sort of).

Just wanted to say a big thank you for you care and compassion when we had to have Sonny put to sleep. We paid for a private cremation and when we received his ashes back the staff were really compassionate. It took us a few days to open the box with his ashes in and we’re pleasantly surprised at the contents of the box. There was the box of ashes. A condolence card. An image of his paw print. And a glass bottle with a lock of Sonny’s hair. This was such a wonderful thought thank you so so much we still have a part of our Ginger Ninger with us. Such a lovely thing to do. Thanks

We brought our cat Kipper into the surgery on Sunday, we were seen by Sophie and her team. Sadly the outcome for our cat was euthanasia but the team were compassionate and understanding giving us time and not rushing us eventhough it was close to closing time. I would definitely recommend this vet surgery and trust their judgement. I would just like to say thank you.

The cat came out better, but the cost was very high indeed to remove a few teeth. We were told to come at 6 to collect her and were made to wait for an hour before we could take her home. I needed the toilet badly and was told to go to Dunelm's cafe. I didn't feel well treated as a customer but the cat got the care she required.

A big thank you for the compassion shown when we had to have our cat Heidi put to sleep . We were given time to spend with her and she was treated with respect and dignity .
