I'd just like to say the biggest thank you ever, to Tizi, Jess and the team! 3 weeks ago our dog (an 11 year old Lab, who is full of lumps) was very ill, so much so, that we thought we were going to lose him. Not being at home, I Googled vets near us and rang the 1st in the list that was still open. Thank God it was Vets4pets! We arrived 10 minutes before closing time, yet we were made so welcome. Not rushed at all and Tizi was the kindest most genuine Vet I've ever come across. Benji was examined from head to toe, bloods taken etc, and the relevant treatment given. Under such a stressful situation, we were so happy and relieved, that we had made THAT phone call. I would urge anyone who has a pet with a problem, to use this Practice. You won't be disappointed :) Many thanks again to all involved that day. You were wonderful x.

I took my 3 year old German Shepherd in to Vets for Pets Rhyl three weeks ago showing signs of "Bloat" a life threatening condition that can kill 1 in 3 dogs. I genuinely knew from research that his chances were slim and asked the vet "am I going to loose him" she said they would do every thing they could and took him away. No false hope....no sad storey just straight talking which I totally appreciated. So after my boy having his spleen removed, part of his gut removed due to an abscess and his stomach stitched to his abdomen and watching him on a drip after suffering so much blood loss after a four and a half hour op.......I am sat on my sofa with my boy back at my feet....on his cosy bed sleeping peacefully snoring, eating, doing business down there as usual looking like he's just come from the hairdresser's not a major op. Credit to my boy he is a walking miracle to survive....the after care for him was amazing. The surgeon and vet nurses were so personal and second to none. Their advertisement states they will look after your pet as they would their own....of this I now have no doubt. I feel that my boy has not only gained his life back but a little family that care for him and have been routing for him, cuddling him, talking to him. He is now 3 weeks post op and has been discharged. He's back to his normal self and doing amazing. I didn't think I'd see him again... How can I thank you all enough? I have no words, thank you with all my heart...x

What an amazing place this is!! I have a two year Bichon Frisé who is my absolute world. She hasn’t had much luck with her health but thanks to tizzy, jess & all the team at vets for pets rhyl she is now on the right medication she needs and they always keep a close eye on her. What I love the most about this place is that they treat my baby like she’s part of their family. I usually have panic attacks when I have to leave my bella but with them I feel so comfortable and reassured that she’s ok it makes me calm. And even if I’m not calm they always keep me updated with phone calls of her progress. I honestly can’t thank each and everyone of you enough for everything you have done and continue to do for Bella. She loves you all like your her best friends, I think she must be the only dog who is happy when she’s going the vets!! Highly recommend to every animal owner I know! If I could give higher that a 5* rating then trust me I would!!
