Unfortunately my poor Milly whom was a 14 year old cavalier king charles with breast cancer, was at the end of her time. The Vet spent over an hour helping us come to terms with our decision and keep create a calmness for the passing of my beloved pet. I can not stress enough what a fantastic vet and how he helped with a terrible time. I have been using the Vets for the last 5 years for all of my pets, dogs and cats.

I don't know what we would of done without Argie and James. Unfortunately our 10 year old Ragdoll Cat was diagnosed with cancer and a very bleak prognoses he was only given weeks to live with nothing anything could really do to help; however, James and Argie were there for me and my husband through every step of the way, they loved Harvey to pieces and were so kind to him. We want to thank you both from the bottom or your hearts and the team and vets4pets for squeezing us in for numerous emergency appointments in and out of hours. Thank you again!

When my dog Hunter, ruptured his cruciate ligament, I was worried sick about getting the right treatment for him. Luis was extremely helpful, and explained clearly the right course of action for Hunter. The care Hunter received before, during and after his op, was second to none. I was given excellent aftercare information too, which is vital for recovery. We followed the advice, and now 15 months has passed since Hunter had his operation. He is back to full fitness, and being he is a young dog, he can run and play with no problems. Luis and the team also took excellent care of one of my cats. He had a blockage in his bladder, and became extremely poorly within hours. The team rushed him into surgery, and quite literally, saved his life. Again, the care shown to my beloved pet, was fantastic. I can not say enough good things about the team there, and consider myself and my pets, very lucky, to have such wonderful vets.

I'd been very worried about my gerbil who had an infected nose. The vet was lovely and took the time to really listen to me. The vet explained what was wrong and we decided on the best type of treatment and how I'd administer it. She even gave us the nicest tasting antibiotic they had and remained professional when my gerbil took a chunk out of her finger. Also excellent value for money, I'd been worried about the cost but I can afford their fees easily. I really appreciated it even if the gerbeast didn't!

They have always been so friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond to help my dog and cat out. I am so grateful to them and would always thoroughly recommend them to people without hesitation.
