Such lovely, friendly staff that helped my cat at the drop of a hat. He needed emergency treatment (his regular vets had no appointments) and they took him in and looked after him the best they could. Unfortunately we had to have him put to sleep but the staff were so supportive, caring and friendly. I could not recommend these people enough. From reception, to vet, to nurse. Thank you for trying.

Recently just had my budgie cremated with Vets4pets in slough and the staff were lovely and caring, was sent a lovely sympathy card and the whole situation was dealt perfect. Can not fault them in anyway, my ashes were presented back to me beautifully as well, extremely fair on price also. Thankyou

after being seen on monday night 3`12`18 with our loverly dog tyson who had had a stroke and the way we were dealt with from reception to the vet and her assistants we would like to say thankyou for your proffesionalisam in the way you handled our tyson and gave us the time to say our good byes when he fell to sleep in our arms he will always be remembered and never forgotton neither will the way we was treated thankyou so much for getting us throu a horrid time thanks. mr s price and miss s miller .

Sadly had to have my 19 year old cat put to sleep yesterday, it was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do, I’ve had fizz since she was 6 weeks old, the vet was very kind, compassionate and I felt at ease with the desision I made, there was no rush, it was very peaceful, explained the whole procedure before commencing, and explained about the wait for the return of ashes, the room was very clean. We spent an hour in all at this appointment, given chairs, offered water, it was very professional from start to finish.

My dog was dying , My daughter rang up distraught asking for an emergency appointment. After years of taking TOBY to the branch and the last year or so on regular expensive medicine and check ups. TOBY was dying on the 16th of August. She rang up distraught the dog was suffering and the callous receptionist told her to find another vet as they were no appointments, Lily was distraught crying, Please note this lady knew her as she regulary picked up his medicine, We have spent thousands as we did not have pet insurance, We did find a local vet and in the evening Toby was put to sleep. I feel his suffering was prolonged as they had to ting up the slough branch to get his notes. I am traumatised watching Toby all day suffering. his lady did not seek advice from the vets, Callous and clearly not an animal lover. If iget another pet I will never enter your stores again. .The local vets were horrified with our treatment. Just okay taking our money which clearly pays this ladys wages.
