Very poor service arrived with very stressed cat 10 minutes early for 5 pm appointment was then kept waiting until 5 25pm but another client arrived with her cat 15 minutes late for her appointment but was called in before me. When I told them that this was unacceptable they made many lame excuses eg your appointment was with a different vet..... there was only 2 vets there and I was told by the vet who saw me she was just helping I should have seen the other vet......but I knew that he had taken the late arrival. I don’t think this is helped by 2 of us both being given 5 pm with the same vet! Not very professional would have given no stars

Vet Response

We are sorry to hear you experienced an unexpected delay in being seen by our team. We had experienced a number of difficult cases that evening which meant later appointments were unavoidably delayed. We offer scheduled appointment times to avoid clients experiencing such delays. We regret we were not able to avoid this in your case. Should you wish to discuss this further please contact cservice@vets4pets.com or liaise with the practice directly.

Very happy with this practice. Had a problem with our cat’s eye; this suddenly became an emergency. The team immediately advised me to come in and saw me on arrival. Culminated with an operation, which we had been hoping to avoid, but we cannot fault the practice. Very good reception team too. Everyone professional but also very practical. Please keep up the good work.

Been to this branch with my mother in laws dog as well as my mother's dog. Both times I was more than satisfied with the service. Brilliant vet James who has a real gift for making owners and pets feel at ease. Lovely friendly staff. Never felt mislead over costs or treatment. Highly recommend

Made to feel really welcome and at ease. Excellent treatment for our distressed dog. Highly recommend this practice.

James and his team always exhibit complete professionalism with their main concern focused on what is best for the animal. Whether providing care at the practice or out of necessity a home visit James always takes time to carefully examine our dog and provide a clear explanation of the treatment options available to us. I can't thank him enough for looking after the most important member of our family.

I first brought my cat Charlie in about a month ago as he wasn't eating. It turned out that he had a Lymphoma tumor in his intestines that was unable to be removed and the steroid injection didn't shrink it. Sadly my Charlie was put to sleep on Sunday 26th February. I would really like to thank James and his team for all the effort and support over the past month which was a very stressful and upsetting time for me. They went above and beyond and the empathy they showed along with a sympathy card received in the post today is very heart warming. I don't know how you do it, but you do an amazing job. Thank you!

Maggie came to the vets from a tiny kitten a year ago and has just returned for her booster. This first year of her life has been full of trauma , (will just say she loves eating anything rubber which nearly cost her a life ) but she has been in the care of the most amazing team of kind professional people who nursed her back to recovery. Highly recommend them
