I have been with Vets for pets Bridgemead/Stratton for nearly 10 years and Tanya and her colleagues have always been amazing with my Cat Dexter, from literally saving his life as a kitten to helping treat his cuts and abscesses (he enjoys a scrap) they have always been amazing with handling and treatments. The reception staff are lovely and friendly always call before appointments to ensure he still requires and visit and provide pre appointment advice. All of the vets and nurses over the years have also been great and only provided required treatment and advise. thank you for all of your help over the years chris

Tanya. I have been with your practice for almost 7 years and praise you all for excellent care throughout. Kelly has been marvelous with Evie and Bailey , as both dogs are a bit of a struggle, and I trust her completely. I've just tried to book her to do Baileys glands as she has done them for past 6 years, but was told by reception that only vets can do this procedure. Can you confirm this please as I ha e never had this trouble for past 6 years.

This team is 5* plus. I have used vets over the last 34 years with our family cats and I can honestly say I have never met such a caring, passionate, professional team. Their enthusiasm for providing an excellent service to my cats and to us never falters. Keep up the fantastic work team.

We've been seeing Tanya for the last couple of weeks now for our 19 year old cat Nurny and I couldn't thank her and the team enough about 4 weeks ago when we first took her in I thought it was going to be goodbye but the team worked some magic and Nurny is like a new cat, she's got a new lease of life and she looking better than she has done in a very long time, Nurny and I couldn't be more thankful for the help and support from Tanya and her team of outstanding vets and nurses.

I have recently been introduced to the new pet behaviour vet Elena, after discussing behaviour problems with my puppy with the practice manager Tanya. Elena is a new member of staff all the way from Italy, but she speaks very good English. My 8 month old dachshund puppy is a beautiful dog but, He is a nightmare at night, wanting to wake and feed when I want to sleep. He chews everything and walking him is not a pleasant experience. He barks at people and dogs and pulls on the lead constantly. When I arrived at the practice, Elena met me at the door. She made no fuss of Simba but, continued to discuss the issues I raised with me. Simba did not bark once, which I noticed immediately. This was unheard of with strangers. She noted everything down and then went through them one by one suggesting to me the way forward to improve Simbas behaviour. She advised that a I purchase a Mekuti harness and lead, giving me more control over walks but, without Simba pulling. Amongst other things, she advised to introduce pigs ears for chewing and walking 40 minutes a day, twice daily. Also, she advised to go back to initial training, treats for good behaviour and sit commands on meeting strangers and dogs and to stop the unecessary barking. I have been doing the above for three days now and already I can see a difference in his sleep patterns and feeding. I am getting a better nights sleep, walking is becoming easier, although I know I have a long way to go yet but, I feel we have turned a corner now and I feel more confident for the future. I would not hesitate to recommend Elena to anyone having behaviour issues with their dog. Simba enjoyed the experience with plenty of treats and praise for good behaviour. She has a calming influence and her knowledge is remarkable. I am even trying these suggestions out on my 10 year old dog, who also has a barking problem.

Tanya, Mandy, Hayley and the rest of the team have been exceptional. My little puppy received excellent care. They demonstrated compassion towards me and my dog and made a difficult time much easier. I was kept informed at all times and would highly recommend anyone with a pet to consider Vets4pets at Bridgemead.

Fantastic team, Tanya & Karen came to our house after the decision was made to put our elderly cat to sleep. The evening was emotional but lovely - lots of cat cuddles and such a gentle, caring event. Cannot adequately express our gratitude to them both xxxx

Very friendly staff and most helpful. I couldn't have asked for a more respectful and helpful vet. I highly recommend that others try them.
