I was on my way home from a specialist vet, after my border collie puppy had his full hip replaced. I noticed he were bleeding, quite badly and managed to pull over conveniently out side vets4pets! We went running in, asking for help. Each member of staff instantly dropped what they were doing, ran out to help carry Dexter out of the car and get him looked at instantly. I had no idea where the blood were coming from, just know they were lots of it and i were very worried, they ensured i were okay offered me a drink and were very supportive. They managed to get to the bottom of it, and it were just where he had a drip put in directly to the vein. There was lots of blood, they managed to clean him up and bandage him up properly for us, then helped me carry him to the car and ensured he were okay to go. I can not thank the staff enough for this, they were all absolutely fantastic and how quickly they got us in were superb, they clearly really care about their job and helping animals. Thank you so much.

Nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff are always very polite and friendly. The receptionist especially is always cheery and is always happy to help. The place is clean too. Nothing bad to say to be honest.

I took my new puppy to Swinton Vets4Pets this morning due to him having an upset tummy. I got an appointment straight away when I phoned, the vet & vet nurse who checked him were absolutely fantastic & it's very reasonably priced. There are other vets closer to where I live, but I'm sticking with Swinton Vets4Pets following today's experience of this lovely practice, and have already booked my pup in for his remaining vaccines. Highly recommended.

We moved to this practice on the recommendation of a friend and could not have been happier. Straight away the staff we friendly and helpful, appreciating our dog's tendency to be anxious and disruptive in a busy waiting room. Our appointments have always been made with this in mind with a quiet waiting room and appointments on time making the process of coming to the vets much less stressful for everyone. After ongoing treatment as our 16 year old rescue dogs health started to fail the practice did not fail to continue to provide him with professional and sympathetic care. They were respectful and sensitive in keeping us informed as to his deterioration and when he finally became too ill to cope, the way it was handled by every member of staff could not be faulted. From a very difficult telephone call, to arriving at the practice, to meeting with the vet, their respect and empathy was second to none. To then receive a few days later a hand written sympathy card was the caring touch we did not imagine we would receive. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will certainly be using them again if we can ever consider another addition to the family.

All the staff here are lovely and very welcoming, the help & treatment they have provided for my dog lexus is great and they are giving me lots of support and advice to get her healthy again. I would highly recommend people to bring their animals here and will be mentioning the above to friends and family that have pets. Thank you vets4pets!! :)
