Recently had to have our 17 year old cat put to sleep, the whole process was treat so well, Fiona made us feel so at ease and was fantastic with us through it all, I really couldn't have felt more at ease at the awful process we were going through. Just got our first family puppy and i have no doubt at all which practice I will register her at.

What i have found is that although your consultation fee is slightly cheaper you make up for it by just about doubling the price of the medication and re-charging the customer a consultation fee for return check-ups on top of any further medication required. I have compared this to my other pets vet.

Can't fault the care my dogs have received. My only problem is ive been trying since 16.40 to phone and order my pets insulin but its saying there closed. How ever on the door and web site it says they don't shut till 17.00 which means up until such time we should be able to reach reception not get pushed onto emergency vets.

We have used other vets locally in the past, and when Vets4pets opened we decided to try it because we were starting to feel like a number. The care and service are second to none. The staff are always friendly, professional and caring with both the pets they see and the owners. All of the staff are caring and compassionate, professional and friendly; everything you need when you need to take a pet for anything. Going to a vets is stressful for both pet and owner but it is made so much easier at Vets4Pets at Worksop. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for our cats over the past couple of years :)

I don't normally write any reviews on any website but on this occasion I thought I needed to. My previous Vet Practise shut down and I was unsure of where to register Beau, our lovely 5 year old Border Collie. I finally settled on Vets4Pets in Worksop and even though we have since moved further away I won't be moving to a different vet. Beau had an eye infection and the Vet was so caring while checking her out, I even mentioned that we were going camping over the weekend and received a phone call just checking up on how Beau's eye was. Beau is due another visit shortly having had to endure two different eye drops as well as looking like a lamp shade. I couldn't be more pleased on the service that is provided. If you are in the process of switching Vets for whatever reason, don't worry, I am sure you will be pleased if you register here. Kev and Beau

Well I have got to say I am extremely impressed! The staff are really caring and supportive, they make sure you're aware of what's happening at all times. Waiting time isn't long at all compared to other vetinary practices. Overall they're wonderful people and have a fantastic practice.

I recently switched from one local Veterinary Practise to Vets4Pets; I couldn't afford all the treatment any more and things were getting hard. After switching to Vets4Pets, I couldn't be more happier, nor could my dog, Bailie. All the team are really caring, nice and polite - from the reception through to the nurses. It's a great atmosphere, everyone is always smiling and it's an absolute delight taking my dog to the vets. My eldest puppy, Bailie (1.5yrs) is afraid of needles and veterinary nurses now, since our last practise. Though, with encouragement, care and passion, our new vets has calmed her down and now she doesn't fear the vets anymore. My youngest puppy, Chase (10wks) went for his injections recently - he didn't even know they had been done! He basically got a treat for sitting down and letter the vet stroke him! I would highly recommend Vets4Pets, simply for their incredible team and fantastic work.
