Immediate response when one of my chihuahuas was poorly, quick diagnosis and immediate professional and relevant and effective treatment for heart failure - great communication, thought we’d lost him - but they pulled him through - and we weren’t even registered and our vet had closed without informing us! Thank you Vets4Pets team at Worksop

My very nervous Jack Russell X visited today for her annual booster injection. She has always been terrified of the vet's and screams like a banshee whatever they have to do. Today we saw Alice, a vetinary nurse who made the whole thing very quick and apparently painless, Ruby didn't even yelp!!! Amazed and delighted

Kept waiting for over 30 minutes past our appointment time. Had to ask why this was and informed the vet was running late. I imagine if we arrived 30 minutes late we would not been seen. Very disappointing for a first visit. We wont be going back.

Vet Response

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry we have not met the expected standards in this instance. Unfortunately, at this time we were dealing with an emergency case which had to take priority. As a caring pet owner I'm sure you can understand this and would expect the same level of attention if your pet suddenly became ill and you were very worried. We acknowledge that this may have been communicated more effectively at the time. If you would like to discuss this further or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at the practice. Regards, Fiona Thompson MRCVS Practice Partner & Veterinary Surgeon.

My dog poppy was put to sleep on Wednesday. You made the whole process easier for me and my daughter. Thank you for your professionalism and understanding. Our hearts are broken but you made things a little easier to cope with x x

Recently had to have our 17 year old cat put to sleep, the whole process was treat so well, Fiona made us feel so at ease and was fantastic with us through it all, I really couldn't have felt more at ease at the awful process we were going through. Just got our first family puppy and i have no doubt at all which practice I will register her at.

What i have found is that although your consultation fee is slightly cheaper you make up for it by just about doubling the price of the medication and re-charging the customer a consultation fee for return check-ups on top of any further medication required. I have compared this to my other pets vet.
