I have seen both a neurologist and cardiologist at Willows and both were amazing and went above and beyond not just for my dog but for me too. Everyone is so caring there is nowhere else my precious little pooch would be.

Tom Shaw did an amazing job with a difficult operation Without his expertise the outcome would have been fatal

Can’t praise James Elford and his team enough. Very professional and kind. Kudos, our Sealyham terrier had emergency treatment for a disc problem. James kept us up/dated with daily phone calls and gave us lots of reassurance. It was a very stressful and worrying time, but knowing Kudos was in such good hands, got us through this difficult time.

Could not fault the centre. The medical/surgical staff were brilliant with George. They answered all my questions, laid to rest any concerns I had regarding the complex surgery he would be undergoing. Explained everything clearly and concisely before and after the op. Would recommend them to anyone whose animal needs cardio treatment.

A very positive experience with 100% care for the dog who was upset out of his comfort zone. Would recommend totally.

So incredibly grateful to the neurology team of surgeons and nurses at Willows who ‘fixed’ my beloved Working Cocker Spaniel, Bertie, after he developed a cervical disc protrusion just before Christmas. I was referred to Willows as an emergency by my own vets and although Bertie was thought to be improving after examination and hospitalisation that same day, after five days he was still in pain and it was decided to operate. During the time he was with the team I was kept informed at every stage by Neurologist Maria Oliviera who was looking after him - she took the time to phone daily which was a huge comfort as I live in Shropshire and miles away from the hospital - and following a challenging and long operation she was immensely reassuring. Bertie recovered really well and was home four days post-op. Either Maria or a colleague rang me every day for five days to ensure I was coping and B was doing as well as he should. Four weeks after the operation we came back for a check-up with Neurologist Simona Radielli who has taken over Bertie’s care. I was very impressed with her kindness, professionalism and knowledge and am again reassured to know that I can contact her any time if necessary. The Willows has provided outstanding care to both my dog and me - so very important for both of us when a sudden traumatic event takes over and turns life upside down. They can be very proud of their teams from the kindness and efficiency of the reception staff and the wonderful care from all the nurses through to the superb skills of the neurologists. My huge thanks again to them all. The five stars awarded to this Practice is richly deserved.

Value for money as I have pet insurance, I have no idea how I could pay you without it.

The veterinary consultant I saw, Mr. Stephen Baines was very welcoming, and very thorough in advising with treatment options. I was not rushed during my consultation appointment. He was not at all pushy when advising me about treatment, and made me aware that certain tests and procedures may be less costly carried out by my own vet. She to advice given I and my own vet feel better able to go forth with Mitzy's treatment. I hope it is effective and I can keep my lovely cat.
