Absolutely brilliant vets took my 13year old cat pebbie to be seen as she wasn't eating, was seen by Mike who was so pleasant and kind and explained everything, she needed dental work, so took her back she now has had 2 teeth extracted, and a scale and polish, she was fine, so well looked after what lovely caring vets ,was a bit worried as she was old but I needn't have been, she came home no the worse and now eating happily would highly recommend the vets and sheldon ,from pebbie and myself ....... thank you

Thank you so much for the kindness you showed to us on Monday when we brought our beautiful cat Minnie in with breathing problems. You helped to make her more comfortable as soon as we came to reception and everything was explained so well about what was happening. Unfortunately Minnie was too ill and we had to make the extremely heartbreaking decision to let her go. I was distraught but we were treated so kindly and allowed to stay with her for as long as we wanted. Thank you so much Life is not easy without her but she isn't suffering anymore and she had 14 amazing years. The card you sent us means a lot and is really appreciated. Thank you for everything

An absolutely lovely vet. All the staff are so friendly and bubbly, always comes and greets the pets individually. I have cats, hamsters and a hedgehog and im always relaxed leaving my pets in their care. When my pets have had procedures etc they've took time to talk everything through with me and it never feels rushed. In fact, it's so nice and welcoming in there it makes me wish I was a vet

This is my third visit to the sheldon branch as my local branch do not have a vet who specialises in eye conditions. Liz the vet is a star, she is so helpful and caring and accommodating, she fitted my dog in for an operation on the same day as my visit. She is so thoughtful and goes that extra mile every time I've seen her. The reception staff and nurses are also a credit to the company, helpful, caring and couldn't do enough for me. Thank you to all the staff who helped me to get my dog seen and operated on at short notice. You are all stars xx

The staff at the Radleys and Coventry (Your Vets)are very caring and have looked after my 3.5 month old puppy who is very poorly; he was transferred from the Radleys Surgery to their Hospital in Coventry yesterday evening. Staff have given him the best care you could wish for. Although his prognosis wasn't good and we expected the worse to happen during the night. I have received a telephone call this morning from the Vet at Coventry, (7.00am as promised) to advise me that my puppy is showing signs of improving although he is not "out of the woods" yet I know he is in excellent hands and the staff are doing all they can for him. I would like to add that not only have the staff been very good to my puppy they have also given me support showing compassion and understanding. The Vets and their staff have explained everything in detail to me so I understand exactly what is wrong and what they are doing to help my puppy. Whatever happens my puppy could not have had better care and I cannot thank the staff enough for all they have and are doing to treat my puppy. I recommend Your Vets 100%.
