Two weeks ago we had to have our much loved dog put to sleep.Braid vets and particularly the young lady vet who had to carry it out were were excellent, she explained the whole process and carried it through with dignity and compassion.I have used Braid vets for many years with dogs Toby, Sam,and Zac also Tinker our cat,in all these years we have never had any problems or reason to complain. Many thanks.

We have 2 indoor furbabies (cats) whom we love dearly. They are our pride and joy and a big part of our family. I am very particular about where I bring them for veterinary services and have changed vets twice already in 5 years as I was unhappy with the services provided, general attitudes and customer service. I can now say that 3rd time lucky we are very happy to bring them to Braids Vets on Leith Walk for any treatments they may require. We find the staff professional, friendly and approachable and the practise clean and bright. My cats are treated with respect and often given treats for good behaviour :-) I see no reason why we would think about moving on as are very happy so far. Big thanks to all the team :-)

I want to say a huge thank you to the staff at the Braid Vets Leith Walk. Yesterday morning my 9-month-old Loki, an American Akita gsd cross, had a health check up, after which we went to the park where he was badly bitten in the face. I rushed him straight away back to the vets without another appointment or any money on me. They took care of Loki straight away and were very understanding and supportive. He had to go under anesthesia and have his cheek stapled. I even got a phone call after they were done that he is perfectly fine. Even though it wasn't life threatening, it was still very distressful for myself and I'm sure painful for Loki and they cared for both of us very well. Thank you!

In February, I became the proud mum of a mischievous, thrice-rehomed Cocker Spaniel (age:1). I promptly brought her in to Braid Leith Walk for a check-up, based on the recommendation of friends in the area. I was a nervous wreck not knowing how the Spaniel Princess, Piper, would cope with all of this newness. All I can say is that the staff have been beyond incredible with her as she learns to trust all of us. They always greet her with a smile, there's always time for cuddles and biscuits, and they appreciate her for her energetic, big personality. They have been so wonderful and patient - with both of us - that I'd never dream of going anywhere else!

We\'ve been using Braid Vets in Leith for 20 years now. We have found all of the staff to be very professional, friendly & empathetic. Looking after our pets & us very well. They are very thorough & although they may not be the cheapest vet in town, they offer excellent value for money. I wouldn\'t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, with pets, in the Leith area.
