This was my first visit with my faithful old boy and I can not praise the Practice and Vicky the Vet enough ! So terribly kind and patient with my old dog who is not good with strange people and environments .He was in so much pain and found it difficult to walk and Evan wag his tail.He was in so much pain . After Vicky checked him over and gave him his prescription for advanced osteoarthritis my old boy was back to his old self within 24 hours ! it was like a miracle !I thought I was going to have to make the ultimate decision when I first walked in,however Vicky so positive and kind and understanding to his his needs . Vicky gave me my boy back I can not sing her praises enough ! plus she is lovely ! a very BIG THANK YOU I highly recommend this practice especially if your beloved pet has some issues like my boy .

I'd only been to the vets twice, once when my cat Weasel had arthritus and Vicky gave us all the options available and the side efffects and negative impacts. She gave him 6 months but he held out for 14 months. The second time was to put Weasel to sleep which was so sad but the right decision. Both the receptionist and Vicky were really lovely and afterwards I felt so rude because I more or less ran out without hardly saying a word because I was so upset and my husband was worse, i dont think he even spoke a word! About 2 weeks later we had a card through for the loss of a pet which I thought was so nice and just the right amount of time had passed that it didnt upset me. When I first met Vicky I could tell that she wanted nothing more than to care for animals and has such a fantastic manner and way with them. I cant recommend them highly enought and I'm not sure I'll get another pet but if I do I wouldn't go anywhere else.
