We had a chocolate lab called Custard. From his first puppy injections to his final visit and all the strange and wonderful visits inbetween, David and the team cared for Custard and us with care, kindness and professionalism. David and the staff used to say what a special dog Custard was. Which he was. But he responded to David and the team because he knew they, like us, had his best interest at heart, which is why he liked going to the vets. Over the past nearly eleven years we have often recommended David and Manor Vets to friends and will continue to do so. When and if the time is right to get another dog we will be back again, but currently still nursing the grief of missing our special Custard. Thankyou to the whole team for all your help over the years.

My cat had eaten 12" of string, unfortunately I found out the next day when I saw it was missing of her toy. I was booked in quickly, and Yui took time to examine my cat. As I was waiting to pay at reception, Yui came back out and said she had discussed it with another vet and offered another 2 options, just so that I was informed and could make my own decision. This was well over the normal time given for consultations, and I certainly did not feel rushed at all. I took the option of monitoring my cat as she looked very happy. Thankfully as soon as she got home, she went to the loo [a journey to the vets is a very good laxative!] and the string duly came out! Yui was very kind and made sure I had all the information.

Don't know what I would have done without you. You did not make me feel silly about bursting into tears, thank you. You were honest about my cat future, thank you. And you will be putting my Stinks to sleep. I sort of thank you. If ever I have another pet, I will certainly bring them to you. One last time thank you so much.

We have been to manor vets through a referral for one of our rabbits. The vets really know their stuff about rabbits which was such a welcome relief. Good rabbit vets are so hard to come by, this practice is a Godsend! What really struck me was how everyone genuinely cares about animals - they are happy to help and and give aftercare over the phone - not insisting on a consultation. This makes all the difference when you aren't local and have a poorly animal where travelling only adds to their stress. The animals come first. And the reception staff are lovely - very patient and understanding. I can't praise the practice enough, it us outstanding. If we were local, they would be our regular vets. I also wanted to say a personal thank you to Molly Varga - thank you for being a shining light in veterinary care for rabbits - one of the most neglected and misunderstood pets. From my experience I'm sad to say that often even vets are disinterested and misunderstand these beautiful animals. We need more people like you. Thank you once again to everyone at Manor Vets.

My dog is aggressive to people and animals yet the vets are very understanding (and brave). It is better for me to wait outside for my appointment which this vetinery group allow and they will come and fetch me when its my turn. They make sure my way to the examination room is clear of all people and their pets. Most vets are not this accommodating and for this they earn my undying gratitude. What is a very traumatic occasion for me is made so much bearable by this practice and on top of all that my dog gets wonderful treatment. Thank You.

Care of my pets over more than 40 years has been sensitive, sympathetic, efficient and caring. Everyone at the practice is so friendly to both humans and animals, it's a pleasure to visit there. Many thanks.

We keep reptiles and, when one of them became worryingly ill overnight, Manor Vets responded kindly and promptly; getting us an urgent appointment. The vet we saw was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly identify the issue and to provide us with support and guidance. We now have all our reptiles registered with Manor and are confident that we can bring any issue with our pets' husbandry, care and health to them in the future.

It is always worrying when your children or pets are ill and it is very reassuring to have Manor Vets to call upon. Wierdly, even our cats seem to enjoy going...... I would not hesitate to recommend Manor Vets to anyone. Nigel Dunn

Excellent & reliable service, reception staff are polite & helpful. Due to my hearing disability vets and staff are patient ensuring I understand the treatments/medications for my rabbit. I would recommend Manor vets to anyone include Molly Varga (specialist vet)
