We had to have our beloved dog Suzi put to sleep, i can not recommend you enough, the compassion you showed was next to none and made us feel that you were like one of the family having a pet put to sleep. Unlike most vets NOT ONCE did the question of money brought into anything, even though you know you have to pay, it was not the be all and end all of it. Thank you so such for your support and we would recommend you to everyone xx

Absolutely amazing vet and staff Siobhan is so kind and the staff that dealt with my dog at the end of his life were faultless. I was offered support and kindness without feeling like a burden at all even in the week following my dogs passing. Cannot rate this practice enough, am registering my puppy this week and feel completely at ease knowing he will be well looked after here. Thank You for being amazing!

Unfortunately had to have my dog put down a week or so ago. The staff were extremely friendly and caring. They saw me as quickly as possible when I explained the situation and showed compassion and understanding. Highly recommended

Been a customer for numerous years and throughout the time the service cant be faulted. From the moment you walk through the door right through to treatment offered, all the staff treat your pet and yourself in a friendly and welcoming manner. Nothing is to much trouble and explained throughout. Highly recommend.

We brought our 18 year old cat into the surgery on 30th March. He was sadly dying. Although we weren't registered with the surgery they treated us as if we were old friends. We knew what was going to happen and although it was a difficult situation the staff were wonderful. Their care for Salem in his last moments was full of nothing but respect and dignity. We were given the opportunity to spend as much time as possible with him before and after to say our goodbyes. Thank you for making a very hard and difficult moment easier.
