Been a customer for numerous years and throughout the time the service cant be faulted. From the moment you walk through the door right through to treatment offered, all the staff treat your pet and yourself in a friendly and welcoming manner. Nothing is to much trouble and explained throughout. Highly recommend.

We brought our 18 year old cat into the surgery on 30th March. He was sadly dying. Although we weren't registered with the surgery they treated us as if we were old friends. We knew what was going to happen and although it was a difficult situation the staff were wonderful. Their care for Salem in his last moments was full of nothing but respect and dignity. We were given the opportunity to spend as much time as possible with him before and after to say our goodbyes. Thank you for making a very hard and difficult moment easier.

Vet Kathryn saw my dog Poppy today and she was really wonderful with her. The whole team from reception staff to vets are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended this practice!

I took my cat for her annual booster in December. This was the first visit since a lily poisoning incident in November. I mentioned to the vet that I had noticed she had been drinking more water recently. After asking more questions about my cat’s general health, the vet outlined the tests she would like to carry out and why she felt them necessary. After the tests were carried out, the vet called me on the Saturday to give me the results a long with her working hours so that I could take my cat back into the practice to see a vet who was familiar with her case. As my cat is a very nervous of vets, the vet did all she could to help relax my cat during her visits. All is well now and my kitty is doing great. The vet was very friendly and really did help my cat to feel relaxed. Very happy with the service received.

Northfield manor vets have excellent, professional staff who really care. We are totally trusting of their abilities and dedication and we know that Poppy our cavalier King Charles spaniel will always recieve the very best care.

Service we received was excellent throughout our visits.our cat was well looked after and cared for during and after his operation. A nurse even took time to ring the next day to check that he was ok.

Since August 2016 my lovely female staffie has been licking her lips, something she has never done before. I was concerned that this might mean that she was in pain or perhaps anxious. I started off with a different vet, but they mis-diagnosed her condition, resulting in unnecessary treatment. I then changed vets to Manor Vets in Northfield. Since then my dog has been seen by Kathryn Tovey who has been fantastic with my dog and me. We have carefully gone through a process of elimination starting with possible digestive problems, used pain relief, then most recently my dog was admitted for the day and a number of x rays were taken and her mouth was checked as well. The x rays showed that her hip has eroded in the ball part of the joint and now my dog will be receiving the necessary medication to help her with this problem. I asked for the x rays to be emailed to me and they were the same day and I was called to make sure I'd received them. Then since my vet was going away for a week she called me to make sure that my dog was ok. I can honestly say that no other vet has ever gone to this trouble to help me. I've had 6 dogs over the years and used several different vets and the Manor Vets are head and shoulders above the rest.

The care for my cats was brilliant and very professional. I could not fault the practice, including the administrators at the desk. Everything was perfect. My only complaint would be the prices. Services are really expensive and customers are required to pay VAT on top of the price of each service. If the prices were dropped a little, or VAT was not required from the customers, then there would be no other practice comparable to this one. Yes, we do get our value for money, but we pay a lot. My cats (now adopted by someone else) were lucky to be very healthy, but for the odd infection, check-ups, defleaing, worming, and basic things like these, I remember paying more than £500 a year, and this did not include vaccinations either. I am sure that something could be amended, so that the treatment of healthy cats does not cost so much. Otherwise, thank you again for the brilliant quality and attitude to us and our animals.
