Murphy is aged 22 , he has chronic COPD so I have used Paton and Lee for several years. Josh came to see Murphy , he was patient , polite , listened to what I was worried about and proceeded to give him a thorough examination . He treated him and has suggested a new drug to try . Very impressed with the visit.

A vet from Paton and Lee came to my yard to vaccinate a pony for a livery. They had forgotten he was coming and when they did eventually arrive, he was so lovely. Sadly you are not my usual vet but I would definitely consider you should I wish to change based on today's visit. So nice to see

Unfortunately for my bank account, one of my horses has been seen by P&L many of times over the years. All the staff at P&L are very friendly, make you feel at ease and care for your horse like their own.

Over the last year, my aged pony has had a lot of investigation into her foot issue, and various treatment. Staff are attentive amd informative. You aren't treated like you know nothing, and your views on how to go forward are always listened to and taken into account. Saffy is always well taken care of when an in patient.

Paton and Lee are more than just a vets practice, they are an extension of your horsey family. All the team provide the highest standard of service, be it for routine work or emergency care. Nothing is too big or too small. They are a vet practice that genuinely care about your horse, as though it where their own. They both celebrate the good times and comfort you in the bad with the knowledge that your horse is receiving the highest possible care. I wouldn't be without them! The best practice in the world!

Cocoa can be very nervous and has always had trouble with having his teeth done, but Ben's kind approach really settled him down and everything went very well. A good professional service. I will not be looking around for another vet again!
