I have brought my various dogs to this practice for years and they have always been unfailingly kind and efficient. Everyone is welcoming and do everything they can to help both dogs and owner, through good times and some very sad times. I cannot thank them enough.

I have taken my dogs to Shortheath Veterinary Surgery for years through good times and bad. I can't recommend them highly enough. They help the animal - and the owner at the bad bit at the end of life. They are excellent.

We have been going to these Vets for a number of years and have total respect for them .All the staff have been very caring and gentle with all our dogs and always happy to give advise over the phone . We would highly recomend them . First and foremost they are there to make any treatment as calm and pain free as possible which is the most important thing for our four legged friends and us as owners to see .

TO obtain repeat repeats for specialist food ,i.e. Royal Canin Intestinal must be the most difficult thing to do on the internet. The web-site needs re-vamping to make it easy for customers. Otherwise no complaints.

As much as we love to think we get everything perfect first time I am sure we do not, we are constantly amending the store to make it as user friendly as we can and welcome any feedback from the end user.
