I already knew everyone in this practice were very caring, helpful and professional. The care and advice they gave me for my last dog Nelson who had diabetes went far beyond the call of duty, which I will always be grateful & thankful for. I now have Jack, who unfortunately doesn't like going to the vets and gets quite stressed & angry, but yesterday they literally had him eating out of their hands, and with the invite to call in with him on regular visits just to say hello, this situation can only get better I'm sure. As I said before, this practice seems to go further than any other practice I have dealt with in the past. Thank You All Kerri.

I had my first visit with the Waddesdon Harts vets on Saturday (21st April) bringing with me my 9 year old Springer Spaniel cross called Georgie. He has always been so frightened of vets to the point of barking and backing away (chatting a lot) and generally verbalising his fear, not to mention physically shaking, bless him. As soon as we came in a lovely lady called Anne (receptionist on duty) addressed our situation almost immediately. She offered advice on how to distract Georgie and calm him down. I knew that my own anxieties were not helping Georgie and Anne's approach was both ampthethic & sensitive towards me. Within a very short space of time, Georgie had his check up with Claire Seely (the vet) without any verbal interaction at all!! He interacted with the other dogs & children that were in the waiting room without an ounce of wariness. I cannot praise this surgery enough, especially Anne and Claire on duty that day. After 9 years I was given more advice and support from this first visit than I have experienced any where else. You are the best. Totally recommend this surgery.

Pebble, our 9 year old Cocker Spaniel has needed specialist care over the last few weeks. Vets - Tim and Jennifer (part of an expert team of Vetinary Surgeons at the Practice) - along with the dedicated compassionate care from Specialist Nurses: Nicola and Abbie and the friendly Receptionists at the Practice, have all helped in Pebble's progress. A special thankyou to Vet Claire and Nurse Nicola for their genuine concern and advice regarding a tiny injured baby wild rabbit - found on the pathway alongside the A41 - which they kindly checked over before the rabbit was transferred to Tiggywinkles small animal hospital. Thank you to all involved with Pebble's care.

I've been going to harts for years now and would never go anywhere else I have a lot of exotic animals and it's nearly impossible to find vets that specialise in exotics harts always have brilliant exotics vets especially Jenny Green their current exotics vet. I also have two dogs who love going to the vets the staff always give them a fuss and lots of attention while we're there. Also the 24hour care has proved invaluable on many occasions all around brilliant practice

Although the service we got was very good as ever I am disgusted that we had to pay for consultation and medication considering we have a vet plan. We pay £12.75 per month for this and I would have thought that at least vet fees if not meds would have covered this visit as it says "tailored to help you take the best care of your pets" It seems the pet care plan is a waste of money
Vet ResponseDear John, Thanks for leaving a review. I am sorry if you feel you were not fully informed about what our preventative healthcare plan includes - please call me to discuss further and I will try to help. Our healthcare plans are very popular - we have no joining / leaving / admin fees unlike many practices and our plans allow our clients to save money and spread the cost of their pets' preventative healthcare. Best wishes, Tim Chapman
