I would like to thank Amanda and your team. Alfie ripped his dew claw and was bleeding badly. It happened when I was leaving for work. Even though you were fully booked, you let me bring Alfie straight in and I left him with you. You had no hesitation and I don't know what I would have done without your prompt service. You dealt with his injoury and rang my daughter to pick him up as I had requested. I am so grateful. Thank you

Our Maltese had his dental and health check yesterday. Brendan and Laura were brilliant with him. Handled him with kindness,he was at ease with both. Kept informed throughout the day. His teeth and mouth are immaculate. All his hair around his mouth was pure white when he was returned to me. I would not consider letting anyone care for my dog except Brendan and his team.

Fantastic as usual. The staff are amazing especially Brendan. Even came in on his day off. Dont think the poor guy ever gets a break. Hope he knows how much it is appreciated. He really does care and goes above and beyond to help. Gus really took the nurse too Nicole. She was fantastic and so friendly was terrified of leaving my very nervous Gus overnight but he seemed to take to her straight away and she sent me pic and update to let me know he had settled. Would recommend 100%. Thank you so much Gus family x

I have a German Shepherd called Kaiser who was brought with severe epilepsy, he was on 12 tablets a day and having fits at the rate of between 5 and 20 a day. Thanks to Brendan and his skills he now has fits at the rate of just 1 every 9 to 12 weeks and the duration is merely seconds. Truly Brendan gave Kaiser his life back, his medication is almost non-existent now and the support he has received by the homeopathic medicine has given him quality of life and the money spent has been worth every penny and the support he has received is always ongoing. As he strives to give Kaiser the best life possible and we all keep moving towards a conclusion where he won't need conventional medicine anymore. Truly Brendan Clark is worth his weight in gold and I am grateful everyday that I stumbled across him. He has also treat some of my other dogs for suspected diabetes and cancer and likewise has offered an exemplary and caring service, that made any distress minimal for my family and I and more importantly our beloved pets.

We have a 3 month old cocker spaniel puppy named Daisy. Having taken her along for her jabs which were done professionally while setting her at ease, we were asked if we would be interested in coming to the practice puppy parties. We went along and I can't recommend them enough. They are great socialisation for your pup even if Daisy was a little unsure about some of the others. Amanda is excellent and recognises the boisterous ones and the more shy and timid ones and doesn't let all the pups down together. The shy ones won't go down with the bouncy ones and this helps them build their confidence without getting pounced on. Amanda is also a brilliant source of advice and knowledge, she helped and advised us on several problems we were having. She can offer help on anything from feeding, toilet training, general training and health issues. It's also obvious that she and everyone else at the practice care about the dogs (and any other pets) and put their welfare first which is what it's all about.

An extremely friendly and professional practice. All the staff are helpful. The nurses are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The vets I have met have also been extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Brendan spade my working cocker and the scar was astonishingly small. He took the time to provide me with clear and balanced information prior to the procedure. It is clear that the staff have a genuine love of animals and want to provide a good service. Even providing Sunday appointments.

I have recently completed a series of puppy party sessions that Tower Wood Vets offer under the watchful eye of Amanda. My puppies, Snoop and Nigel have absolutely loved these sessions, mixing with many varieties of dogs, all shapes, sizes and temperaments! It has really helped my dogs feel confident and happy around other dogs, and has given me the opportunity to ask Amanda the many questions that face 'new parents'! Amanda is extremely knowledgeable and couldn't be more helpful. She manages the puppy parties with real professionalism and keeps a watchful eye on the playful antics in order to determine when certain dogs are overwhelmed or have had enough. Her love of puppies is obvious and she always seems to make time for her customers over the telephone when you have additional questions. I think she's an absolute star and would like to thank her for giving me confidence to be a caring, responsible owner for my puppies!

Went for Ralph's four-weekly check-up today with Amanda, which was as enjoyable as ever. Amanda's advice is always spot-on and being able to see her every month during this stage of our puppy's development has been invaluable. Will really miss these visits when Ralph grows-up! (but know she'll always be on hand with friendly advice if we ever need it!) Everyone at Towerwood is lovely and really glad we joined the practice.

My dog Coco, aged 2 suddenly became fearful of the Vets as a result of emergency visits due to puppy mishaps (eating unsuitable things!) It was becoming stressful and difficult to get her up the steps and she was petrified of going inside. She was consequently invited to a 'Teen Party' reunion of her 'Puppy Party' pals, and once through the doors and seeing one of her old friends (and eating a couple of treats!) her phobia is cured! The association between discomfort and the Vets had been broken, and at her recent health check she was so chilled that she tried to have a little sleep on the floor! Such a good idea, and a simple solution.
