My only visit to Vets Now was an emergency with my spaniel x shih-tzu Dora. Unfortunately she did not make it. The staff were incredible, they treated me with such kindness and patience and Dora with such respect. Then while we waited for Doras ashes to come back we even got a lovely sympathy card, it meant so much. Absolute angels all of them, i hope they all know how thankful i was for their help and kindness x
Vet ResponseHi Lorna, As a pet owner myself I understand the pain of losing a pet, I hope you’re doing ok. I'll make sure the team at Farnham see your lovely review

My dog had eaten a mince pie, we were worried so we took him to the out of hours vet, they gave him something to make him sick , and weirdly enough he didn’t throw up any mince pie , maybe his Beagle brother had eaten it .
Vet ResponseDear Julie, thanks for your positive feedback, I’m glad our team were there to help.

Our poor pet Bonnie was in a very serious condition on the night she stayed at the Farnham vets. They were professional and most of all the empathy for Bonnie was wonderful.

We took our dog to Vets Now as an emergency at 10pm on a Saturday evening. We were seen within 15 minutes and our dog was quickly given pain relief. The vet on duty was very kind and thorough in her explanation as to his condition. Sadly he had to be PTS the next morning but we take comfort in knowing he wasn't in pain and had received the best care in the circumstances.

I can't thank the emergency vets enough for helping my cat, Magic after she had been hit by a car. She and I were treated with the utmost care and respect and although, very sadly, Magic needed to sleep due to her injuries I can only take solace in the fact she was seen and treated within moments of us arriving there. The staff were lovely and very understanding as I was extremely upset. With thanks to them all.
Vet ResponseDear Nerys, I’m so sorry for your loss, it’s never easy to lose a much-loved pet, especially when it’s unexpected. Thank you for your kind words. I'll pass them on to the clinic team.
