I have been coming to this branch for quite a while now. My Cocker Spaniel was booked in this morning to have his teeth cleaned and polished. So having starved him since last night, I arrived to find out the vet has not turned up and so appointment cancelled. Really not good enough. My dog was ill a while ago vomiting blood and also blood coming from the other end as well. When I rang the practice guess what no vet!!!!!!! I took him to Wilson's where he had to be put on a drip and kept in over night. The only reason I will be returning to the branch is because he's on vacs for life. Apart from this if he needs a vet i won't be coming to Vets for Pets in Bishop Auckland. One very unhappy customer.......

Dear Norma Thank you for your comments, we are so very sorry that we needed to cancel your dental, & were unable to see you previously. Unfortunately there may be situations & emergencies beyond our control that may result in us being unable to see you or as in this recent situation cancel a routine appointment. Please take assurances that we do not cancel appointments lightly and our decisions will only be based on what is right for each pet at that time. We are sorry for your inconvenience that we caused you and that your Cocker Spaniel would have gone hungry from the night before.
