From the moment we contacted the surgery on the 19/09/2017 regarding our Dog Marigold the treatment and investigations were very fast and we were informed of everything that needed to be done and the cost upfront. Sadly the outcome was not good, but Marigold and us as owners were treated with respect and compassion throughout and know that everything that could have been done for Marigold was. We have been customers at Vets4Pets for years now and in my opinion they just keep getting better. Thank you for looking after Marigold and us x

Attended this morning for a booster visit with our two dogs. Our lurcher is extremely nervous of any interventions. The vet, John Reilly , was superb with him. He was patient and kind and super helpful and made the whole event much better and less stressful for all of us! Thank you!

These caring vets and staff have been fantastic with our Italian Greyhound Lilly, she has suffered from anaemia twice and currently going through her 3rd bout we think. For us we know she would not be with us if it wasn't for the staff at this vets. Thank you guys it means the world to us.

it was with sadness that i took my 10yr old rabbit...it was obvious that euthanising was the only option as he could no longer stand up or eat and drink...yet i was offered two options...medication for a month with no positive outlook guaranteed or euthanizing. obviously i did the kindest thing, however hard it was. i was shocked to be charged 95.00 for this when a few weeks ago i was charged 56.00 for my old dog euthanizing at a different vets. in both cases i took the body away myself for cremation and buriel.

My puppies were castrated and one procedure was not as straight forward as the other . On the day all was very well explained. When I picked the boys up they had managed to avoid the extra incision and the bill was dramatically reduced. The staff were gorgeous with my puppies they made me feel less stressed about leaving them. Every time I have visited the vets the staff are always friendly and helpful .

Our dog had collapsed whilst on a walk and within 30 minutes was seen by a vet and referred for further tests and scans which were performed next day. Constant communication from the team helped to reduce the worry and things are starting to look up again Do not hesitate to go to Bramley - Your pet will be well looked after

Many thanks to the team at Bramley not only for routine care and support but for doing a great job on one of our dogs recently . He injured his leg badly and required surgery and now after a few weeks no one would even know
