our beloved cat passed away in July 2020. I have just been to collect her ashes. To say I am overwhelmed is an understatement. From the moment I contacted you guys you have been truly wonderful. Thank you so much for the card it really means a lot. The care you have given goes above and beyond and we are truly grateful.

We took Harley to see Dan as we knew she was poorly and every other time we've taken our cats to see Dan you can tell he loves animals and they love him. Unfortunately there was nothing that could be done for our cat but he was so good with us - he explained the whole process, the reasons behind her being so poorly, gave us all our options, showed me x-rays and showed me how to feel her tumour so I could come to terms with what was happening. He never rushed us and when we put her to sleep it was done with the dignity she deserved and for something so terrible I wouldn't have wanted any other vet with us.

My dog Millie had to be put to sleep on 9th July 2019. Sally and Dan the vets carried out every test they could in the hope of saving my beloved dog. Sadly it turned out she had a huge tumour on her pancreas. She was 15 years old and deteriorating in front of our eyes. We had to make the decision to put her to sleep. Dan gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to Millie and time with her after she passed away. We were distraught but Dan was so kind. He was so gentle and caring to my dog. Nothing was too much trouble and we didn't feel rushed even though I know we held up one of their consulting rooms for quite a while. Dan and Sally are so caring and compassionate and are wonderful vets. I can't praise them highly enough. For now we are grieving for the loss of our dog but when we get another one I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Sally looked at our Moby 14 yr old westie yesterday and 3 weeks previously. She explained everything about our lovely rescue dogs tumours in his rectum. As they have grown considerably since our last visit the outcome for him is not good. Operation on him could prove disastrous as he is old and could be left incontinent. Did not think operation in his case would benefit him. She was not after money and very professional in her manner. Well done all staff at this vets as they are very helpful and do put your animals first and treat them as if they were their own.

My dog Bailey was recently involved in an RTA and the treatment, care & compassion we were all shown by the whole team at Cannock was second to none. On arrival at the surgery Bailey was seen immediateley and from that moment onwards was treated with care, respect and lots of love & attention, this was also extended to us as a family at a very upsetting and worrying time. During the whole time of his extended treatment and surgery which has spanned over two weeks already the staff team have ensured Bailey's best interests for his health and well-being have been the priority and kept us fully informed every step of the way and nothing has been too much trouble for them making our stressful time easier to cope with. I certainly feel that the team always go above and beyond their call of duty. The Cannock team are absolutley amazing and Bailey and the family cannot thank them enough for all that they have done.

On two visits seen by different vets, both very professional and friendly. Charges seem reasonable. Would definitely recommend
