My dog Millie had to be put to sleep on 9th July 2019. Sally and Dan the vets carried out every test they could in the hope of saving my beloved dog. Sadly it turned out she had a huge tumour on her pancreas. She was 15 years old and deteriorating in front of our eyes. We had to make the decision to put her to sleep. Dan gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to Millie and time with her after she passed away. We were distraught but Dan was so kind. He was so gentle and caring to my dog. Nothing was too much trouble and we didn't feel rushed even though I know we held up one of their consulting rooms for quite a while. Dan and Sally are so caring and compassionate and are wonderful vets. I can't praise them highly enough. For now we are grieving for the loss of our dog but when we get another one I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Sally looked at our Moby 14 yr old westie yesterday and 3 weeks previously. She explained everything about our lovely rescue dogs tumours in his rectum. As they have grown considerably since our last visit the outcome for him is not good. Operation on him could prove disastrous as he is old and could be left incontinent. Did not think operation in his case would benefit him. She was not after money and very professional in her manner. Well done all staff at this vets as they are very helpful and do put your animals first and treat them as if they were their own.

5 Stars - 10-04-2015 - Michelle & Bailey

My dog Bailey was recently involved in an RTA and the treatment, care & compassion we were all shown by the whole team at Cannock was second to none. On arrival at the surgery Bailey was seen immediateley and from that moment onwards was treated with care, respect and lots of love & attention, this was also extended to us as a family at a very upsetting and worrying time. During the whole time of his extended treatment and surgery which has spanned over two weeks already the staff team have ensured Bailey's best interests for his health and well-being have been the priority and kept us fully informed every step of the way and nothing has been too much trouble for them making our stressful time easier to cope with. I certainly feel that the team always go above and beyond their call of duty. The Cannock team are absolutley amazing and Bailey and the family cannot thank them enough for all that they have done.

On two visits seen by different vets, both very professional and friendly. Charges seem reasonable. Would definitely recommend

4.8 Stars - 23-04-2014 - Lee (Smokey the Cat)

(On behalf of Smokey) Thanks for the fast check and friendly staff during our emergency. The staff didn't charge us out of hours prices but we did keep them behind after work! A big thanks to all the staff. Been several times since for checkups and given the right treatment and advice from the friendly staff who all love Smokey. Always clean and generally quiet inside. Receipts and payments are quick and there is a rang of products inside available to purchase. Only problem is the main doors are the opposite side to the car park so Smokey has to walk past lots of cars :-(

I cannot praise this practice enough, I took my pet Rabbit to be spade at Vets4Pets Cannock and I felt so relaxed to leave her there in their care. From start to finish I was given all the information I needed and put at ease straight away. I was able to see how well Jess would be cared for and I knew exactally what was going to happen to her as soon as I dropped her off. The practice is clean, the staff are friendly and it has easy access. Please don't think twice about using this practice as you will not be dissapionted. Great customer care, compassion for the animals and respect for owners. Regards Ellen Cullen
