I feel that the main focus of this veterinary group is to make as much money as possible. Ive had numerous experiences with them that have left me feeling that they are not interested in the welfare of my animals, only in how to get the most financial reward possible. When you complain, they get a vet called mark to call you back and he is very dismissive and arrogant to you. Something has changed in the last year or so, as this used to seem like a caring group. Not any longer!

We've been with St.Georges for over 20 years. In the past theyve cared for our bullmastiff cross, gave our Griffon an emergency operation which was a near death experience, and followed time in intensive care. They have helped us put to rest our dogs and have helped us birth new puppies. Throughout every experience, they have offered support, care and a real caring professionalism. Our dogs love going there, and after a 2 day stay, I actually cried with happiness as our one dog didnt want to come home. Which showed the love and attention they had given her, as she hated being away from me. I couldnt recommend the practice enough. Some may comment that they are a little more expensive than other practices... but I say you cannot put a price on your animals happiness and health.

I have no complaint about the treatment of my pet in life. However following his death he was sent to a corporate crematorium and not the one at Prestwood farm which they used to use.I was not made aware of this until I called the crem to finalise a couple of things .I could not believe the attitude of the telephone operator.I was too upset to challenge her .I have arranged for the rest of my pets when the time comes to go to a local crematorium. So be aware of this corporate crem if you pets passes away .

Our 9 year old cavvie is so nervous at the vet, today we had a home visit from the vet and nurse from the Halesowen branch for a check up, I cannot thank them enough! Our little boy was calm and we felt less anxious. Such a fabulous service, thank you both.
