I have no complaint about the treatment of my pet in life. However following his death he was sent to a corporate crematorium and not the one at Prestwood farm which they used to use.I was not made aware of this until I called the crem to finalise a couple of things .I could not believe the attitude of the telephone operator.I was too upset to challenge her .I have arranged for the rest of my pets when the time comes to go to a local crematorium. So be aware of this corporate crem if you pets passes away .

Our 9 year old cavvie is so nervous at the vet, today we had a home visit from the vet and nurse from the Halesowen branch for a check up, I cannot thank them enough! Our little boy was calm and we felt less anxious. Such a fabulous service, thank you both.

I've been taking my dog to St George's after his first seizure. He's had many episodes over the last few years and the staff are so supportive.

We have always registered our pets at St George's. Whenever we have had any concerns we have always been met with understanding and empathy by the staff. Both the clinical and non-clinical staff are always extremely friendly and courteous and show a genuine interest in your pet, even if it's just to say 'hello'. Today our cat was taken ill, quite unexpectedly. From booking the appointment this morning to collecting her after surgery this evening, we have received nothing less than a first class service, but most importantly so has our Sibi. Thank you to Kostas, Kathryn, Ruth and the team for all of their help today. We are really happy that Sibi is on the mend, although we don't think she appreciates the Elizabethan Collar she has to wear.

I am indebted to St Georges so very much. On Aug 25t my beloved Border Terrier Sam was struck by a car. My wife and I have both Sam and our cat Minstrel registered at St George's so we took him straight there. The staff stabilised him and draining the blood from his chest. He was then referred by St George's to the Willows specialist Veterinary hospital in Shirley Solihull. Sam had an operation there to repair his diaphragm. At all times he has received excellent and sensitively given care with absolutely the appropriate referral given to treat him. I would urge anyone who loves their pet to use the very best and St George's helped us to access the top care. It is also advisable to get your pets insured!!

We sadly recently lost our cat Tiger suddenly. Chris and the team at the Wolverhampton hospital looked after us and her so kindly when we arrived panicked and worried in the middle of the night. They have also been very sensitive to our loss. Thanks also to the team at Sedgley who have been a pleasure to deal with during her long and mostly healthy life
