Thanks to the care given by the vets we were able to enjoy the company of our toy poodle Pixie for 2 years longer than expected, with regular visits to the vet and very little medication she jogged along smoothly, until 2 weeks ago she decided enough was enough and refused to eat and died calmly in her sleep. The receptionist dealt with the cremation details without fuss and we collect her ashes tomorrow, and as a final caring touch today we received a sympathy card in the post signed by all the staff. Nothing but fond memories for Pixie and the care of all staff at Vets for Pets

Took my Ruby there this afternoon after being told by another vet at a different practice that she had to be put to sleep today. We went in to vets4pets thinking that we would walk away without her having been told by another vet that she needed to be euthanised. Kat was the vetinary surgeon we had the consultation with and honestly couldn’t thank her enough, she couldn’t have been more kind and caring. She didn’t just say oh you want her put to sleep, ok we shall do that - She actually cared and wanted to help. She asked us so many questions and wanted to see how ruby was for herself. She made sure that we all understood what was happening and that we fully agreed with everything. She also got a second opinion from Gail who was also very caring. This helped put faith in us that ruby was not at the end of her life, because they both agreed that it was not her time to die. We got to take her home and they have given us hope that they may be able to help my ruby instead of just putting her to sleep.

We had our little Russian dwalf hamster Charlie put to sleep tonight after 4 weeks with a very large tumor. This isn't my usual vets but they were so compassionate and understanding even though it was a tiny animal they really cared for him and myself and my daughter. The owner of the practice put him to sleep and it was for the best. We were dealt with very well from the phone call to the end. We wernt made to feel silly for caring and being upset about Charlie and were given time. Xxx

Our dog Lilly has always been treated with love and care and has received first class treatment. We also used to bring our old dog Molly here before she passed away and we can honestly say we wouldn’t go anywhere else. All the staff are amazing
