Our rabbit Bugs had flystrike, luckily not fatal. We came in on a daily basis, all staff were loving, caring & very friendly. Staff who had seen him at the start would pop in and see him as he was getting better. Not a money grabbing veterinary practice like some I've been to before. Can not recommend highly enough

I contacted Vets for Pets in the morning at 9am like a worried mother due to my cat having issues with going to the toilet. At first I was told there was no available appointments until the following day, but when I explained the issue and how concerned I was they asked me to come in right away. The level of care and friendliness was wonderful and the vet was lovely, as well as able to ease my worry, all the while keeping it professional. She was amazing with my cat and really kept him calm. Thank-you!! he is now sitting here happy as larry ! :)

I recently bought Katie, my 18 year old Parsons Jack Russell, in for Euthanasia and cremation. I was seen by Cecile and the whole process was carried out with dignity and great respect for my dearly loved pet.Cecile's manner and attitude put my wife and myself at ease. I didnt break down as expected till Cecile announced "She's Gone". Never wish to hear that again. I did shed many tears and was speechless. She said to take a photo if we wanted to, which we did. Cecile then ushered us out of a door at the rear. Which was very kind of her. She put us at ease throughout the whole procedure.

Dropped Charlie off at vets 4 pets in Chichester at 9am. And thought I would have hours of fun time with Rosie. But NO. He was all done and wide awake when I had a call at 11.30am. So I finished painting my cabinet in a little shabby chic number and went back to Chichester with a thank you card and a box of chocolates for Jose and the crew. To thank them for their love and care of Charlie. Only one gripe his boo boo bandage isn't PINK. I asked Jose if he could video the operation and HE DID. He's so amazing.

Icarus became blocked, badly, the team at rustington did everything they could to get him back to us. He struggled with the pain after and fought his little fluffy butt off to get better but sadly became poorly again. Cécile and the team at chichester were amazing throughout, very supportive and caring. I wouldn't have coped without them all. We won't use another vet again, there aren't enough ways to say thanks.

The team at Vets4Pets saved my cat. At one point his chance of survival was next to zero but with the care he received & the faith they had in him he is still with us today. A health & happy cat with another 8 lives.
