A great team based in Corby Vets4Pets, we have an English Bull Terrier that had a few poor experiences at a premier veterinary practice based in Thrapston/Oundle. The team from Vets4Pets fully understood our concerns following the poor experience we had from the previous vets, they spent time with us and our now very nervous dog and where very reassuring and patient with all our future visits to the vets. What a positive experience compared to the previous vets. I can only recommend the service that the team at Corby Vets4Pets provided to us.

I have just paid £118 to have 2 dogs ears looked at (it took 5 minutes for each of them) and given generic ear drops (Surolan) that cost £42. I just found the same drops and size bottle on the internet for £8.88. An utter rip off. Disgaraceful
Vet ResponseWe are sorry we did not meet your expectations. Please contact the surgery where we will be happy to discuss your individual case and the invoice with you. Our Practice Partners Hayley or Martin can talk to you directly. The practice does offer written prescriptions for medications. This is detailed in our leaflet given out when a client first visits the practice. The information board in the waiting room also details prescriptions and how to obtain them from us. Medications stocked by a Veterinary Practice can be more expensive than online pharmacies. They can usually obtain the medication cheaper than us and have less overheads than a Veterinary Practice. Obtaining medication from the practice, means treatment can be started straight away. We hope that your pets ear problems resolve.
