Marta is an amazing vet - she’s super professional, extremely knowledgeable and delivers her service with a very genuine smile. She is really amazing with our rabbits and her love for her job and the animals in her care is very evident. She’s wonderful!!! All of the reception team here are really knowledgeable and always happy to offer advice too! They are always really friendly and accommodating!

I took my cat to vets4pets as she was not eating. I thought the exam undertaken was rushed. I was told no outward sign anything wrong. My cat was still unwell two days later. My mother took our cat to the PDSA (paid third of the cost as one of my cats reg

Vet Response

We are very sorry to hear that you feel your consultation with one of our vets was rushed. We have checked the clinical notes and are satisfied that a thorough clinical examination was carried out including checking the mouth & teeth, listening to heart and lungs, palpation of the abdomen and temperature check. Although no obvious abnormalities were detected on clinical examination, further testing was recommended in the form of blood tests - these were declined by you. We are sorry you did not feel you could come back to us for further examination. The PDSA is a charity and for that reason will always be cheaper than using a private vet practice.
