Thank you Gert. Pepi would have loved it here.i just didn't want him To suffer. He was my life . The help and kindness by you and your staff was second to none. I love pepi so much and always will. He had so much love to give. Even going into Hospice when he was ill. That night he looked at me and his eyes said ,help me mam. We had something so special. Thanks Audrey & Pepi He went with dignity in my arms

I took my cat to Vets4pets in Hartlepool today. I made the decision to have him put to sleep (hardest one I have ever had to make) the vet was amazing and compassionate. She allowed me time with the cat and didn't rush me. It felt very personal and calm which made the cat calm. Thank you so much-it meant such a lot to me.

Vet Gert Briers and one of the nurses (sorry I don't have your name) came to the house and showed such kindness, compassion and professionalism to Sam and to us all in her last moments. We can't thank you enough.

I just want to thank Rebecca & Karen as everytime I brought Susie for a check-up, booster or when she was poorly I had excellent service from both of these two lovely ladies. Unfortnately we had to put Susie to sleep this week it was the worst thing we have ever had to do she was our little baby girl, Karen was so good with me when I took her in & Rebecca what can I say she was brilliant talked us through everything what was going to happen & gave me enough time to say goodbye to Susie. By far the best vets around. Thanks again for all your sympathy & service this week. Sam Smith & Carl Armstrong

I lost my Teagan last year aged 16 and was devastated but the vets were so helpful. My small yorkie Pixie was very ill and with all their experience she got better, my lucy had to have 2 major operation within a month of each other and the after care was second to none, fantastic. Vets don't get a lot of thanks so I'd like to be the one to say THANK YOU.

I would like to praise and thank all the team at Hartlepool Vets4Pets, they are the friendliest and nicest practice I. Hartlepool. I have taken all 3 of my cats here and I can't tell you how nice they are. They listen to the human rather than tell you what they think you should think and treat your pets as friends rather than money making machines. They've seen me through good times and when it was time for my beloved cats last visit I felt genuine concern and patience. I would like to thank them and would recommend the whole team, and they do seem like a real happy team, as they are not like any other practice I've used in my pet owning years.

5 Stars - 29-08-2014 - Nala our cat

I took Nala today for a consultation. She is recently part of our family as she had been badly treat. The vet was lovely with her and very patient and informative and honest. Many thanks.

My daughters dog suddenly became very ill, my daughter had called another vet surgery to be told it was not an emergency. Vets for Pets told my daughter ro take the dog immediately, after examination she needed emergency surgery and unfortunately died after further complications. This practice is not just about medical treatment, my daughter was heart broken and the resepct and dignity she was afforded was outstanding, staff fully understood her heart break and were amazing with her. At this point I dont think we will have anymore pets, however we are still grieving. If the time came and we decided we wanted another pet this would be the only surgery that we would use in the future. Thank you all so much for your kindness, support and determination in trying to save Tia's life xx
