I came to Vets 4 Pets for a second opinion as my usual vet was not returning my calls about my dog and his Spinal Condition and pain medication. I was so glad I made the decision - Gareth was lovely and was very patient and knowledgeable and I will be staying with them moving forward

Absolute respect for vet Greg as we had to bring our very heavily pregnant shihtzu lacey as she was getting so tired she ended up giving birth at the vets after an injection or 3 to 8 healthy puppies ! Nothing was too much trouble we got to stay with her and was supplied with tea and coffee. Everyone was very helpful and we are grateful to them all

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Gareth saw us immediately and was gentle, thorough with his diagnosis and his swift action kept the stress to a minimum for us and our cat Kookie. He was totally checked out, operated on and returned to us in a much happier state all within a day. Gareth and his team were fantastic and I would recommend the practice to everyone

I have two new Bengal kittens, one male, one female. The breeder insisted on having them neutered somewhere in Luton. the male came back with a snoring type breathing noise , which worried me. I call the surgery and a very nice young lady vet saw both my kittens that day. She explained everything very nice and understandable. All the staff at the surgery are very helpful and polite. I am very glad I registered my two kittens with this surgery. I would highly recommend this surgery to others.

Gareth and his team are brilliant - we have visited a few times over the last couple of years with our several cats. Whatever the situation they give you all the time you need, you don't feel rushed, they are kind, caring, empathetic and explain everything to you clearly and are happy to answer any questions. I would have no hesitation in recommending the team to any of my friends and family.

Now been there umpteen times in bad, sad and good times with our cats since surgery opened about two years ago. Vet Gareth Morris always impresses and pleases. Reception staff helpful and pleasant. We've recommended this practice to others who've reported back to us that they share our opinions. You leave feeling you've done your best for your pet. Fees perhaps a bit steep but probably the national average going rate for most practices.

Gareth is a excellent vet, he is compassionate, professional and approachable. Gareth has cared for my cat on and off over the years and diagnosed him with illnesses and shown such compassionate for my cat. Last night it was time for my cat to go to heaven, I couldn't have asked for a better person that Gareth to do it. He was deeply respectful to the situation and went above and beyond to make me feel reassured it was the right and kindest thing to do. Excellent Vets4Pets branch because they have excellent compassionate and professional staff

I have a practice just 2 minutes away from home but I'm travelling 15 minutes every time to vets4pets because they just great. Very friendly and professional. My cat was hit by a car and when your pet is not insured the bill can be very high! They gave me few days to pay my bill with was very helpful. The lady who had to put myour cat down had tears in her eyes. It's a very nice practice. Would recommend to everyone
