Sadly had to have my dog put to sleep recently this was made so much easier by the kindness and professionalism shown by the staff at the practice. Would highly recommend this vet practice.

Thank you so much for the assistance with Leo the bunny yesterday. This was the best experience we have had with a vets and the care was above and beyond my expectations. I am happy to say Leo is pretty much back to herself today. Cant thank you enough for looking after her. Highly recommended. :)

I had to bring my dog Fergie to have a neutering operation something I was very nervous about as I had to have my previous dog put to sleep 3 months earlier by the same Vet following illness after 11 yrs .The staff from the front desk to the Vet and Nurse were very sympathetic to my heightened stress and worry level and reassured me I was doing the best thing for my dog and explained this was a regularly carried out operation with good success rate. I couldn't fault the care shown and people who have seen the wound site since the op have said how neat a job it is compared to when they had their pets have the same operation years earlier. My dog Fergie had minimal discomfort and is recovering well, perhaps too well she is a spaniel after all and they don't do calm easily.

After moving to V4P and meeting Daniel Lyons, I can honestly say my faith in vets was restored. Not only did he have respect for us as owners he gave my pooch the same respect and consideration. Daniel is such a gentleman and a fantastic vet. He even remembered that my pooch was so scared I covered him over with his blanket to avoid any stress. We will sincerely miss him but wish him all the best in Ireland. A true professional that will be truly missed in hull.

I have a 4 year old cockerpoo and used to use a different vets. I had heard vets for pets was really good, so thought I would take my 9 week sprocker there, and I am so pleased I did! What and unbelievable service. The vet was beyond lovely and even let myself and my daddy listen to our pups heart beat. The staff was all so lovely. My cocker will defiantly be moving to you. Thank you so much

I managed to arrange an emergency appointment for my rabbit, Bunny, who has been ill for a few days with no improvement. From ringing up the practice on the 27th December, I saw the vet within an hour which was great. Emma at reception was friendly, sensitive and compassionate. Whenever I visit there is always a friendly face! The vet, Fran, was brilliant. I have seen him before for her vaccinations and he is obviously very knowledgeable, experienced and suits his position as a rabbit/small mammal/exotic and cat specialist. I got emotional in the treatment room and he was very kind and supportive. The whole experience was excellent however half a day of hospitalisation and medication to take home cost me £147 which I feel is too expensive. On another note, I was having trouble hand-feeding Bunny and rang up for advice earlier today (28th). Emma picked up the phone and was able to help. It was great that she was able to answer my questions which saved time and meant that she didn't have to bother the vet. I have since been using the technique which is still a struggle but better than before. Vets4Pets Hull Anlaby is a brilliant practice and a credit to the company. Thank you!
