I have a 4 year old cockerpoo and used to use a different vets. I had heard vets for pets was really good, so thought I would take my 9 week sprocker there, and I am so pleased I did! What and unbelievable service. The vet was beyond lovely and even let myself and my daddy listen to our pups heart beat. The staff was all so lovely. My cocker will defiantly be moving to you. Thank you so much

I managed to arrange an emergency appointment for my rabbit, Bunny, who has been ill for a few days with no improvement. From ringing up the practice on the 27th December, I saw the vet within an hour which was great. Emma at reception was friendly, sensitive and compassionate. Whenever I visit there is always a friendly face! The vet, Fran, was brilliant. I have seen him before for her vaccinations and he is obviously very knowledgeable, experienced and suits his position as a rabbit/small mammal/exotic and cat specialist. I got emotional in the treatment room and he was very kind and supportive. The whole experience was excellent however half a day of hospitalisation and medication to take home cost me £147 which I feel is too expensive. On another note, I was having trouble hand-feeding Bunny and rang up for advice earlier today (28th). Emma picked up the phone and was able to help. It was great that she was able to answer my questions which saved time and meant that she didn't have to bother the vet. I have since been using the technique which is still a struggle but better than before. Vets4Pets Hull Anlaby is a brilliant practice and a credit to the company. Thank you!

In the 2nd week of the puppy party. Louise is fantastic, very informative, friendly and allows the dogs to socialise safely. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you.

The nurse on the reception called Lisa was very helpful with answering our initial questions as I have never been to a vets before and gave us the right advice in terms of treatment and which way was best to transport our hamster. We went into the vets at 3:10pm and had a appointment booked for 4:15pm the same day, which gave us enough time to go home and arrange everything to get our pet ready for their visit which I thought was very considerate and speedy service. Very polite, smiley and genuine lady! The male vet (didn't catch name) was also very helpful in terms of what the injury might have been from and explained in detail. Also helped with advice on the living situation of our animals and showed how much of the medicine to administer in the syringe which was very helpful. We wasn't aware of the price of the medicine until payment but wasn't to much of a shock and still good value! Perfect staff and visit couldn't fault!

Our first visit to the practice was saturday 19th April, this was an open day also. We were welcomed by warm caring staff. They was able to fit us in with our new puppy who had started with a skin problem. The vet we saw gave stan a thorough inspection and Said he may have a a skin allergy And gave him antibiotics. He has a follow up appointment sat 26th April to ensure all is ok. I felt at ease as all staff were so freindly and knowledgeable. Thanks girls you were all amazing.

After several visits to a local vets in Hull, the treatment they offered had not helped my French Bulldog. On the opening of the Anlaby practice and after a very thorough consultation with Barry, my frenchie was cured. Barry took the time to explain what he thought the cause was and how he thought it could be cured, his expertise and knowledge was invaluable to me. The receptionists are also welcoming and friending and excellent in their job. On another two occasions my frenchie caught her dew claws each occasion I was fitted in immediately to seek advice with Barry. Every vets should have a Barry !! On a separate note the care given by Barry, the nurses and staff for my Chihuahua when she was spayed was five star. I would certainly recommend this practice to others. Thanks again all.

After 13 loyal years I had to say goodbye to my dog Harvey .Barrie and his team were excellent when the time came they supported me nothing was to much trouble I cannot speak highly enough and have . recommended them to all my family and friends .I now have another dog called Mollie who is 2yrs old on getting her she had some health problems and again did not hesitate to take her to Barrie . I have had dogs all my life and only ever used 2 local vets I can say hand on heart that the care I receive from Companion Care is second to none .THANKS AGAIN LINDA AND MOLLIE XX
