My first visit to the practice with my cat was an exceptionally friendly and happy experience for us both. He was not at all stressed by his treatment from Elise, and I was more than happy with the welcome that we both received from receptionists and vet. Thank you all.

My dog came down I'll really quickly last week, and I got an appointment for him straight away. Whilst I was waiting, my dog had an accident in the waiting room. The receptionists couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, and made me feel so much better as I felt terrible. Laura, as per usual, was amazing. She is so attentive and explained what she thought was wrong with my dog in a clear manner. She made it clear what action we should take and additional symptoms to watch out for. I ended up in the vets every day for a week, and every time I was seen on time, not any point feeling rushed, and the vets were so reassuring when I was really worried about my dog. I can't recommend this surgery enough. I trust them every time with my pets and know when they're poorly they couldn't be in better hands. Thank you so much

My rescue Frenchie hates vets and it is always stressful to take her. Our previous vets wanted to sedate her before a visit but being a bully breed this is not always safe. I spoke to Chris about my concerns and he and his team have always been fantastic. Our first visit was specially catered for and he was able to treat our little maniac without stress for us or her. We have been able to get advice over the phone for her - incurring no cost whatsoever and giving peace of mind and on our recent trip Chris came out to the car park to see her - where she sees him as a normal person and not a dreaded vet and was able to give advice and medication on her needs. She is on her way to recovery. The staff here are fantastic and the ladies in reception so helpful and willing to listen. This has made our visits to the vets so much easier - wish we had found them sooner.

In May last year we had been told by another veterinary practise it would be in our cats best interest if we had him put to sleep. Desperate for a second opinion we brought him to Vets for Pets where Heather diagnosed him with a short term treatable heart condition. We were told at best we would have an extra year with him, we actually had nearly 8 lovely months ! Sadly we had to have Fluffy put to sleep in January this year, but without the help of Heather and the team we would have been denied those extra months with our gorgeous boy. We are forever grateful for all your help and support, we can never thank you enough xx

I had been going from vet to vet trying to find someone who can help with my cat's skin condition without feeling that all the vet wanted was my money. I have not felt this at all at this practice - Chris has been amazing and we finally have her condition under control at a reasonable price. I can't thank him and his team enough. All of the vets are fantastic and explain everything, demonstrating an interest in the owners, not just the animals. Vetinary nurses are equally great and reception staff friendly and welcoming. No job is too small for any of them.

When the time came to say good bye to our lovely dog Millie, I telephoned the practice, Chris was off for the day but came to our home with Sarah to help Millie make her final journey, we can't thank them enough for the professional and caring way they looked after Millie. To the whole team a massive thank you.

My little girl had to have a rather large polyp removed from her ear which went very well. Chris is a fabulous vet and wonderful to talk to he explains everything and takes time to listen. The whole team are really great and helpful very nice to talk to. I am so glad I found this practice as I now feel as my girls are being properly looked after when they are poorly can't praise Chris and the whole team highly enough

My little girl was very poorly on a weekend with a large abscess which was bleeding and weeping the reception lady was lovely and we went on the Sunday, the vet was excellent talked us through everything and gave us medicine to help her we are taking her back in a couple of days if it's not healing then he will keep her in but that's the last resort. Just fabulous

Have been going to this practice a number of times and each visit has been excellent. It's so clear they genuinely care for our dogs. My partner also thinks they are amazing because trips to the vet are no longer arduous and painful so we actually don't mind going to the vets and neither do our dogs any more. Also took an injured hedgehog to them sometime ago and they looked after that for quite sometime before it went to a wildlife place. Kay on reception is so friendly and we've seen Chris, Lauren and Sarah and another younger nurse who are all fantastic.
