Flies had scratched her eye which l e out for her morning walk and by the time she got home couldn't open her eye. The practice twice was able to see her within an hour of calling and checked her out. They were very kind and understanding. Both to us and Fliss

I rang Quentin vets as the dog I was dog sitting decided to eat a tea towel. I rang in a panic and all of a flush as I didn't even know which vets he was signed up to and was unable to contact his owner. Not only did they calm me down, but the receptionist asked a vet about the situation and within 2 minutes I was told what to do, what to look out for, and who to contact. As someone who's not even a dog owner or customer, they treated me with kindness and respect and showed they truly care about the welfare of all animals. Without a doubt would trust my future canine in their hands. Unbelievably great service.

Having experienced problems at another local veterinary practice I took my dog to Vets4pets. That experience was such a contrast to the cavalier attitude of the previous vet which had necessitated a complaint being made to the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. Vets4pets were much more competent and caring. No longer is my dog constantly having to return to the surgery because after treatment he seems to be completely cured and not simply patched up and needing further expensive treatment. Ron Cooper.
