I was concerned for my Siberian Husky Mia she was suffering from mammary cancer and she hadnt eaten for 5 days unforunately i decided in her best interest to end her suffering the vet ursurla was so infornative and very professional and very compassionate they were the only vet who could gain respect from my girl She acted with honesty and compassionately from meeting me and my daughter and my Mia would recommend this surgery to anyone who needs comfort in this decision we could stay with Mia for as long as we wanted too which helped a lot my girl was only 7yrs and 10 months old

Flies had scratched her eye which l e out for her morning walk and by the time she got home couldn't open her eye. The practice twice was able to see her within an hour of calling and checked her out. They were very kind and understanding. Both to us and Fliss

I rang Quentin vets as the dog I was dog sitting decided to eat a tea towel. I rang in a panic and all of a flush as I didn't even know which vets he was signed up to and was unable to contact his owner. Not only did they calm me down, but the receptionist asked a vet about the situation and within 2 minutes I was told what to do, what to look out for, and who to contact. As someone who's not even a dog owner or customer, they treated me with kindness and respect and showed they truly care about the welfare of all animals. Without a doubt would trust my future canine in their hands. Unbelievably great service.
