Catherine was once again fantastic looking after our Labrador after suffering with Gastro problems. She knows Fergus from previous visits and knows he is a barker in confined spaces. Nothing was a problem making him and ourselves feel at easy and explained the diagnosis in simple terms and explained what medication would do. Thanks Catherine great and professional as usual!

A massive thanks to all of the staff at South Shields Quays. Catherine, Michelle, everyone who assisted in Storms operation. Very professional, and friendly service as always. A great deal of effort and care goes towards every pet as if it was their own. I highly recommend V4P.

I am saddened to leave this review as overall we received great service, however, I felt totally let down when we really needed to see someone as a matter of urgency. Even though there was still 2 hours of opening time left, I was told no one was available. Ended up going to the out of hours service much further away and costing so much more. Anyway, to cut a long story short, our beloved dog was put to sleep, and the day was not only filled with much sadness but also anger to the way we were treated.

Catherine was amazing after our dog was hit by a car, took her in straight away and she sorted everything for us, even phoned around to see what the best places were available for her surgery, she has been our vet from the start and I cannot fault her at all, lovely lady!

Catherine was so helpful and informative. She provided a great deal of reassurance and it’s evident that she really cares for the animals she cares for. Thank you

Catherine the vet has such a kind, caring, patient and understanding way with both my beloved family dog and myself, as owner. I would not go anywhere else. Everything is explained very clearly in plain English, lots of options are discussed, each with clear up front costs given. The receptionist, Poppy (?) was lovely, too, as was the younger vet, who provided care for my dog like it was her own when I had to leave him there for an hour and a half to have treatment. Top, top team. Thank you very much I will never forget your kindness.

I've previously been with the vets 4 pets branch at the nook and absolutely loved the team there, so I was confident that when I moved house and switched to this practice that I'd be just as impressed. I was absolutely right and Catherine the vet has a lovely bedside manner and my new kittens loved her straight away (even though she had a big needle!). Yes, vet costs can add up and there may be an initial expense when getting a new pet in terms of vaccinations etc but vets 4 pets offer many excellent deals to reduce those costs such as vac4life etc. Having seen the work that goes on behind the scenes and the love and care given to each animal then I'd say every penny is worth it!

Needing the out of hours vet at the P.D.S.A.'s outlet and been worried about two unrelated conditions I was just as worried when needing follow up appointments with the VETS4PETS situated at the nook. Their provision of care was very good but I was informed there was one of their outlets nearer home in Chichester Road . I transferred my pets, 'two' details there. You then helped me to manage a very worrying condition that DAISY was suffering from. Catherine was more than helpful once she realised I had mental health conditions. Only one small concern was in relation to one of the receptionist. The one I am referring to is a new addition with the Vets. She was quiet and this came over as a little unhelpful. I would have been able to manage this but because I was so worried and with my mental health condition I found myself struggling. I'm sure she will develop her skills as time goes on.
