After having a bad experience in Cheshire where we have recently moved,I was very nervous about finding a vets, but on my first visit the team at vets for pets sutton coldfield couldn't have done more to reassure me that molly may was in safe hands.previously molly may was so nervous and snappy she needed a muzzle but now ....no need and I couldn't be happier ,on her last check up to be signed off after being spayed she allowed the nurse to stroke, examine and generally make sure all was OK .i should like to say a very very big thank you to the vets, nurses and receptionists for taking such care of my girl.kindest regards.johanna

Big thank you to the staff who looked after my senior dog, Comfort. She initially went in with bacterial ear infections which led to having dental work. Obviously we was very worried to put her through a general anaesthetic at the age of 13. We was put at ease and reassured by the vets. Bloods was taken and a bespoke anaesthetic was made which was kinder on her heart. Comfort made a full recovery thankfully. We cannot thank the Vets and staff enough for taking such good care of our little girl

We would like to say a big thank you to gabriel and his team for all the care and support they gave to us when we needed advice about out beloved cat smokey who was terminally ill. They were always there to talk to and advise us when we needed them and the day we had to say good bye to our beautiful boy gabriel and his team treated him with such gentleness and care just like he was one of their own. Very understanding and professional we can not thank them enough.

I wasn't sure what to expect from my vets as this is my first pet but everytime I have been blown away with the kindness shown towards my dog. Every time she goes she is cared for by every member of staff that works there. It means so much to me when I am worried about her operation and they cuddle her, play with her, stroke her and understand exactly the worry you are feeling. I would recommend this vets to everyone with a pet and want to say a huge thank you to everyone for there kindness and warmth shown to both me and my four legged friend!

My little Springer Spaniel Harley was attacked whilst playing at the park. He had a deep flesh bite that had ripped a chunk from his shoulder, there was also deep tissue damage beneath and around the bite wound. The team at New Oscott Vets for Pets dealt with his wound immediately and extremely efficiently! They were caring and understanding and have repaired the damage to Harley's shoulder amazingly! I am SO pleased with the treatment that he has received and with his progress! His wound is healing quickly and really well! So far there have been no complications. I believe that is down to the care of the team and helpful advice they have given me for Harley's care at home! I am eternally grateful for all of the help and care and support that we have received! Thankyou to a great team!

Having received poor service from another well known vet in the Kingstanding area, I decided to give Vets4pets a try. My two British Shorthair kittens have been scratching non-stop and needed urgent attention. Gabriel saw them and kept them in the same day to perform a biopsy/skin tests on one of the kittens. A week later, results confirmed they both have chronic dermatitis. They've now been put on a special diet for 8 weeks to see if the allergy is food related. The way Gabriel handled the situation and acted so quickly, was fantastic. All the staff are very professional and understanding, and I'm very grateful my kittens are now in the right hands. The other vets just kept sending me away with spot-on's, and didn't appear to have the time or interest to get to the bottom of the cause of the scratching. So far so good at Vets4Pets Sutton Coldfield. I'm a happy Customer. Also, Gabriel (one of the Partner's), has a funny sense of humour which I found refreshing.
